I expected the gift card to be emailed, because I needed it quickly, but there wasn't a choice for that, and it was not clear that I can't send it electronically right away. So, my gift reached the birthday girl late.

I love everything about the catalog and the products, but the shipping expense forces me to shop elsewhere first. Chasing Fireflies never offers free shipping and their standard rates are ridiculous. They would be my number one choice for the wardrobe of my 3 children, but when some of the sizing of their manufacturers is inconsistent and I'm paying all the extra money for shipping and returns, it leaves me preferring to shop elsewhere.

Product selection/availability is excellent. Expedited shipping service is excellent. I had an issue with incorrect information on my credit card and the merchant called me, TIMELY, in order for me to make the correction and receive the item on time (which was overnight).

The website search funtion is antiquated... I had to scroll through 12 pages of dresses to find the one I wanted. Shipping is excrucitatingly LONG. I would like to order something for my older daughter for Christmas. However I am afraid it won't arrive by 12/25. It took almost 2 weeks for standard shipping. Quite ridiculous.
