Chasing Fireflies has good quality clothes. Only problem that I have with them is that they don't sell their own clothes, but from other companies, and they almost NEVER tell us the name of that company when they are describing certain product! I do mind that a lot...

This merchant has very cute items and catalogs, but they don't use the names of the brands on their website which I don't like. They are also always a bit higher priced than other boutiques-which is probably why they don't use the names of brands-so you can't comparasion shop. They do have unique items that you can't find other places though. They did respond quickly and appropriately to a question about my order.

Thr shoes were cute, but: Customer service was poorly informed of their own companies exchange policies. My items were not properly exchanged and my refund was shorted. The items arrived late and were not the right size (too small). I am not at all impressed! The time wasted with phone calls and mailings (when I could have picked up my order in person!) was both stressful and irritating.

Chasing Fireflies website is very nice and easy to get around. The products are of very high quality. The item I purchased should ship towards the end of September, which was stated at the time of my purchase. This is nice, as I haven't been wondering when it will show up. I love the stuff in their catalog, and will continue to shop with them in the future!

Beautiful dress. I was not as pleased with the tee. The fabric was very thin which was not reflected in the picture. Definitely not the quality I expect from chasing fireflies. I equate chasing fireflies with upscale quality, not represented by the initial tee I recieved.

While the dresses were very nice, the sizes were REDICULOULY off. The size 12 fit my 5 year old, and the size 4/5 looked like it was aprox size 18 months. There ABSOLUTELY should have been some mention of the variation in size from the norm, to save potential buyers the time and expense of trying to purchase these dresses. Also, I was charged a CRIMINAL fee of $20 for UPS ground shipping, for 2 little girl dresses! By the time I returned them I was out $30, and over a week of time waiting for them, and had nothing to show for it. Will never shop with Chasing Fireflies again.

Easy to navigate site, good customer service, timely delivery of purchased items. Wish they had better quality in workmanship and variety for boys' clothing - they skew toward girls in much better quality and range. For boys, it's mostly very casual, rock or sports-centered (even for two-yr olds!), and one or two basic formal outfits.

I bought 2 sets for two different grandchildren. The table and chairs are great; however, I do find $338 for a child's set very expensive.

I always order a birthday number age T-shirt in advance of my child's BD. This year, order came right on time. Last year, the shirt was delivered way past his birthday and birthday party. We had planned on him wearing the shirt for his party, so we were very disappointed. However, no one asked us about our experience last year. This year's experience was excellent. Also, I think Chasing Fireflies' shipping charge is too high, but they carry items I have never seen anywhere else, so I will probably continue to order.
