Huge delay in getting my product from the manufacturer. I can get it from a distributor but not from the actual company. Now they tell me they may not even have the product for several months. Maybe they should shop their competitor sites like bare necessities or fresh pair. I am sure they could source the product from the.

Please try to deliver on time. And check product condition. Last purchased item, which is bra was messy and dirty. It looked like old one. And the cap shape was bended. I wanted to return, but, it was too complicated and waste money.

I found this bra at Macy's after shopping many stores and trying on at least 50 bras. CK bra 36DD fit perfect. No riding up, no falling out,and it is very comfortable. Macy's only had one bra so I went on line and found the same bra on your site and ordered several more. I would have ordered one more in the gray/pink but you did not have my size listed. I hope you do not discontine this bra so when I need a new one I can still find it on you web site. However, I do wish you had it in a lighter beige color as this one shows through white and normally I do not have that problem with a lighter beige as my skin tone is fair. Thank you, for designing a bra that fits my size perfectly. 3 of the bras I ordered had crease lines in the foam lining that showed through. I decided to keep them but home that the lines relax and give a smooth texture to the surface of the bra. I will mark in the servey that they were ok as I hope this one aspect repairs itself. I hate returns.

My order was changed by CK a few days after I placed the order. They told me some of the items were not available and they would not charge my credit card or if I had paid by debit card or check they would send a refund. They should have known if the product was available or not at the time of the order. When they sent the email that they were not going to complete my order they did not state why or if the item would be available at a later date. Also, it was very difficult to tell what product had been deleted. The item #'s don't match with the web sites pictures or discriptions. They should give the name of the product not just the item # they are not sending....very confusing. Actually it was one of the worst web sites for ordering and communication. They should have known the product ordered was not availble and then at the least tell the customer if it will be available later. They just dropped you and ran!

I ordered 3-PACK LOWRISE BRIEF size 38. I received it and it was too big. I sent it back (and paid $6), and ordered another pack - size 34 - it came too big too! I sent it back (-$6 from my pocket again). I ordered trunk, but later I received a note that you don't have them in stock anymore. But I bought it! so it was a "nice" shopping experience. Also some items go in size S,M... and others 32,34,...??? People from China or India could not match the sizes?!? Will never shop at Calvin Klein Underwear again

I had trouble geeting the briefs in gray. One source indicated "no grey" briefs only white or black. Another source indicated that my size was not available. Finally, after several tries, I got the order completed ALSO--no postal costs were given! That's bad!!!

What a horrible experience!!! They lost my account, then when the merchandise fell apart, they wouldn't honor any replacement. I tried for months to communicate with them, but weeks would go by without response. I finally got a tiny gift certificate, but the web site wouldn't take it. I called, and spoke to a rep, who said she would take the certificate amount off. That didn't happen. I had to call back, and was advised they would take it off. They did waive part of the postage charge. I spoke to a Supervisor who said my whole file wouod be reviewed by corporate, but have heard nothing from them. Not happy!!!
