The routers arrived in good condition as far as packing materials. One was not working and Cables and Kits promptly replaced the item allowing me to return the bad unit after receiving the new one. Very pleased their regarding service.

FedEx couldn't get my address right, Not sure if that was on part of cablesandkits.com or Not, However, the equipment was packaged very nicely, good condition, and lots of extras, brackets, cables, etc, basically included that my last vendor required I pay for. Received apologetic email shortly after order was placed that color was out of stock and asked if I wanted to wait for back order or try a different color/size. Not an automated email, but one from a human. Rare in this current market. Shortly after I responded the same person replied that my order had shipped and provided the tracking number. Great, friendly and fast service and true customer service from people who actually care about the customer. I will be back and will recommend.

Smooth the way all businesses should operate. Their website was so easy to use, and their follow-up about one item and the satisfactory solution was what one would expect; however other sites don?t appear to be this responsive and customer/user friendly, and this makes Cables and kits exceptional. Short story: I tried two other sites and was unable to place an order or make contact with anybody at their site; puzzling me as to why they were even in business. One site had ?two different? live chats which neither worked, and this led me to continue my search and finding Cables and kits. Knowing and understand about a shopping cart and having problems placing an order: One site/store had a radio-button for a ?quote? and 6 or 7 other options but no place to communicate with them that I didn?t need a quote but wanted to buy from them! Beyond my comprehension why they didn?t have a purchase button so obvious to shoppers I am still puzzled. I had to select ?QUOTE? just to give them the message I wanted to buy and the quote wasn?t necessary because the prices were listed!?!??? Ironic I know, but true and this is why I continued my search and found and placed my order and am completely satisfied with Cables and Kits. They (C&K) are the model/standard by which all sites should be modeled.
