I am very satisfied with the service. However, the only issue I have is that only certain products are available to ship to Canada. It was very difficult and time consuming to arrange another way to ship it to my home in Canada- where many of these prooducts are not available!

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Clearly, the personnel has no vested interest in the company. While staying at a resort we order bugaboo tire to replace the one that blew out. We spoke to two people at bugaboo that ensured us that the part would arrive next day, on Saturday. When we looked at the Fedex tracking it showed priority overnight and would not arrive until 4 days later(after the holiday). Both personnel lied, stating that it was not possible to correct this matter after the item had shipped, even though the error was on their end. The also stated that they are not able to charge the difference after the order has shipped. As a business owner and Fedex account holder, I know that both statements are false. One simple phone call could have rectified the situation. The merchandise will arrive after our vacation is over and we have to refuse shipment. Thank you Bugaboo strollers for going the extra mile.

PURCHASED THREE ITEMS FROM BUGABOO FOR A GIFT FOR SOMEONE AND HAVNT RECEIVED THE TWO MAIN ITEMS . I RECEVED THE TRAVELING BAG BUT NO BUGGY OR CANVAS . ITS A JOKE .
