I got what I had ordered in a timely fashion. I ordered bras that had been converted to a nursing bra for me. I ordered a Bali bra that I normally wear and had requested it to be altered to a nursing bra. I would highly reccommend this site.

I ordered two bali bras on September 30th. I have not received them yet or have gotten an answer to my e-mail. These were hard to find bras and supposably you had them and mailed them out. I would like to know were my order is and when it will be delivered.

The color I ordered was not available so I received an email asking if a different color would be OK. If I had known the day I ordered that the bra color choice was not available I would have ordered the other color. Thus, it caused a slight delay in shipping.

My in-stock item somehow became "out-of-stock" after my order was placed, but I was never notified about the problem. After two weeks, when I hadn't received the bra, I had to initiate contact to figure out the problem. Communication was very poor. No good-will gesture was offered (such as free shipping on a substitute model, for instance).

I just ordered a bali bra at brasnyc.com, my order came on time and when i emailed them with the question about the product my email was returned within less then an hour, i was very happy by some companies you have to wait 24 hours. Overall very good site to buy from.

I went on line to purchase a discontinued bra. Told it was in stock, five days later notified by email it was discontinued but they had two in black (ordered 2 colors)I emailed back that i was aware of the closeout and to send the 2 items.Today is Sept. 4,2008-I have not recieved the items, nor have I recieved an email. Not happy.

I placed the order, received a confirmation. Nothing has arrived. I emailed the company to ask about the order and they did not respond. They did not charge my credit card.

They sent me an invoice for the 4 bras, then they said they only had one left in stock, and did I want it. I said yes and heard nothing further for about a month, when they asked again if I wanted it. By that time I had found the same item much cheaper on Ebay. They don't keep good track of their stock, and they don't follow up. Their price was high for this item, which was discontinued by the manufacturer. They should have been happy to get rid of it at a discount. This was one of the least satisfactory internet shopping experiences that I have ever had. Thank you.

The only reason I would purchase something from this retailer again would be if the price was cheaper than somewhere else. I placed an order on 4/8/08 and received a confirmation that day. On 4/19 or 20/08, I left a message regarding my order since I had received no shipping notice. On 4/21/08, I receieved an email stating a bra I ordered was no longer available in pink stripe so they would have to send it in nude-I ordered it in nude! The next day I received an email saying the order shipped. The following day, I received only one bra (very quick shipping once they actually shipped it!). They said the other was on back order. However, I feel that if they wouldn't have waited so long, it would have been in stock (since it was when I ordered it). I placed the order on 4/8/08! It took them 14 days to ship it out! I feel this is unacceptable, AND I am still waiting for my other bra.
