It's very frustrating to leave voice mails and receive e-mails and never able to talk to a customer service rep. The ball I ordered was rec'd in unacceptable condition (not from shipping) and finally a call tag was issued and then we had to wait for them to receive the damaged ball before the replacement was shipped. We are very satisfied with the replacement it was just the time it took to get here.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

the only problem that i had was that the bowling ball packaging was a flimsy cardboard box that when place in with the shoes and the bag had enough room to move that the ball rolled around during transit and the box got all mashed so that i had no ball in the box by the time it got to me.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

The only thing I found confusing on my first order was the listing of available weights behind the balls (10,11,12, etc.) It would've been helpful to see something suggesting when additional weights might be added to incomplete lists, just so you didn't feel these were your choices -- period.
