I have had some success with previous purchases from this company. I do expect that the problem that I encountered with my current order will be resolved once their customer service department has a chance to address my issues with this particular order. I will buy bowling balls or shoes but I will be careful when ordering polishes or cleaners especially if they are on sale.

Ordered a bowling ball and put in special requests and they were not meet(asked for a ball that was between 15lbs 2oz and 15lbs 5oz and received a ball that was 15lbs 8 oz witch anyone can see that is not in my range). I sent them a e-mail and they got back to me right a way but just to justify why they sent me that ball not to try and take care of the situation or make things right. I just recently purchased a 4 ball bag from them and was going to order a pair of shoes and another ball or two but now I don't know because I just don't have confidence I will get what I ordered.

Although the pattern on the bags were not as depicted in the picture online, the bags were great. I called cutomer service and I belive that I spoke to a woman named Pat who was very helpful and explained. She also checked inventory to see if the patterns were in stock. They were not and it eliminated the need to return the merchandise. Customer service was excellent.

The mens bowling shoes that were ordered were size 10s, the ones that we received were size 11s. Due to the time structure of the upcoming bowling tournament, along with the debilitating shape of my sons current bowling shoes, we had little choice but to use them. They are more then a little loose at the moment. I'm sure that that was a shipping problem from the warehouse, it doesn't reflect too adversely on the bowling site which has been valuable in the past to our entire family of bowlers. - Allen
