Other than the high cost to mail merchandise to Alaska, it is fine. I was told that the Breast Cancer Bowling Pin would not be shipped for 3-4 weeks. So I cannot comment on the quality of what I ordered.

They have a number items listed that show discounts but if you click on the item it indicates not available. Either the items should be available or removed from the website. I emailed once on this issue and never received a response. When i called the number it said to email the question. That is very poor customer service. We did order a ball and it came in a very short period of time.

Ordered shoes on a Tuesday, expected to get them in 2-3 days UPS so that my son would have them in time for his league on Sat. First couple of days the order status showed "awaiting tracking". I called customer service and after checking they told me that the shoes were being shipped out of California and he wasn't sure why they hadn't yet entered it into the tracking system. By the time it I was able to view tracking the shoes had been through several stops along the way. Didn't receive them until the following Monday.
