For the most part the service is good. The tracking of the package is very helpful. I know when it will arrive and what were the package is. The responsibility for mistakes on behalf of the customer service is excellent. They have refunded charges for shipments arriving late and also gave me a refund when the item I bought a few weeks earlier went on sale. I will shop with bowlingball.com again because of the customer service. My biggest problem is with the shipping not getting at my declared destination on the days that it is communicated it will arrive. I have ordered equipment from several different places and for now bowlingball.com seems like it is the best.

Overall good and would do business with again. They did drill a ball incorrectly however and I think I would only buy undrilled balls in future. Attempting to contact a live customer service person by phone was almost impossible and this is the biggest negative I had with this vendor. However, the were responsive via email.
