Bluefly is great. But UPS driver couldn't find my address so my Christmas gifts were returned to the warehouse :( When I phoned Bluefly, they apologized and were extremely helpful. FYI, I signed up to be notified when one item was back in stock, but did not receive a notice. I had to search the site again to discover that item was once again available in the right size/color. I guess I need to remember that things wind up at Bluefly because they can't be sold for full price for obvious aesthetic/quality reasons. Search and browse are not quite there. Coupons that they mailed to me did not work. There is little that CS can do when you ask them help. Product pictures are scarce and bad. Sizing charts are general, not specific to brands as they should be.  I would not shop here again	Overall Rating:
