Shopping experience was good overall. I had a little difficulty finding the product I was looking for because the name listed in reviews and on the manufacturer's web-site differed somewhat from the name listed on the merchant's web-site, but everything worked out fine. I had some difficulty with the delivery company, FedEx--they did not deliver on first attempt despite my compliance with their instructions, and the local rep was not particularly pleasant. In the end, the best option for us was to go to the local distribution point and pick-up the product ourselves. Problem solved.

Good experience. My only struggle is figuring out exactly which items I need for my model vacuum. It would help if they had photos and more detailed descriptions, i.e., which model the item is for. Otherwise, great service.

The experience with Best Vacuum was great! FedEx wasn't quite so great, but that wasn't Best Vacuum's fault. Instead being delivered the day after it was shipped, which was supposed to happen, my order sat in a FedEx facility in Indianapolis all day. It arrived two days after shipping. Apparently FedEx interprets "next day shipping" to mean "next time it is convenient for us." Maybe Best Vacuum can get a partial refund on the shipping charges.
