Good experience, but there does seem to be a kink in on-line orders paid with Paypal. I could not access my order status even after calling customer service. They couldn't access it either. They were very helpful and tried their best but it appears there is some type of system problem with order paid with paypal.

Best buy was very helpful, fast, on time with the delivery abd carted away my old set at no cost... and that's when it ended, when my set began to have problems, they dragged there feet, told me I should contact the manufacturer, and finally showed up, when they did they told me that it was not covered by the extended warranty, the repair cost half the price of the TV, later I have learned that the product was defective that the manufacturer knew this and that best buy continued to sell it, I can only conclude that best buy is only concerned about the bottom line and when your out the door, and the check is cashed thats when any concern about you as the consumer ends

Purchased a car stereo on line. Liked the test fit, so I could pick the vehicle and the certain types of stereo that would fit that vehicle. I plan on having it installed this coming weekend. I also liked the installation plan. Less costly than going to a car stereo store!

The on-line process was not a problem at all, however it was the in store experience. The level of knowledge while in the store was unacceptable in my opinion. I should have been in and out. No, I spent a hour or more because I could not print out my notice to pick-up prior to my coming into the store. That is totally unacceptable I my as well have gone to the store from the start and did my shopping. At this point wat was the conveniece of on-line shopping?

7 days is not enough time for pick up. Here in Alaska, many people work out of town for 2 to 3 weeks or more. I had to take a short trip myself then had very busy long days after I got back. I was able to pick up the item just within the time period allowed. It would be nice to be able to choose the amount of time you need or a way to extend it electronically or by phone.

I was to recieve the cd on wednesday. When I went on line to see if it had shipped it had been given to the usps to send out and there is no way to track it. No one could tell me where my package was at or when I would recieve it. If after I had been promised that I would have it by wednesday. When I called to see if you carried this cd in the store I was told no but they could get it with in 3 days. But I had decieded to order on line and have it shipped to my house. Then when I did not get my package on time I asked again about getting it in the store for pick up and was told they could not do this. So it was a very confusing first you can order and then no you can not order. I don't think that I would try ordering from here again. THank you

best Buy is always one of my favorites. It is fast and easy and the order is always on time, in great condition and a very good value. I've never had to contact them because of an error. It isn't as much fun as shopping in their stores, but almost as good (just don't get a chance to pick up the products to get a closer look).

The shopping procedures and delivery were ok. However the merchandise received did not work correctly. I suspect the merchandise was faulty. After reconsidering and several trials efforts I decided to send it back. I received it on 14 Oct and I am returning it today 15 oct.
