Liars.  Ruined my daughters birthday.  Said the camera would be here and its one day overdue and Fedex website says it MAY deliver tomorrow.   I called and offered to upgrade shipping to make sure it would be here but they said it would be here.

Never use this company.

I was very impressed with Beach Camera. I found the headphones I was looking for at a very good price and they were delivered sooner than expected. I really appreciate the note they had posted on the website that they were observing a holiday and that orders received after a certain date would not be processed until the following week. I recently purchased a Olympic Camera replacement battery from Buy.com,.  It was shipped from Beach Camera.  Shipping was fast and when I contacted Beach Camera regarding a discrepancy in the order, it was handled in a vary satisfactory way.  Previous order from Beach Camera have also been good.  I recommend Beach Camera.

It was very good. The only delay was waiting all day for the FedEx delivery which arrived after 5 p.m. and caused me to stay at home all day. Very satisfied with the camera. It was a present to my son.

Replacement Battery Pack (Vidpro Brand)  for Canon Rebel ordered.  Item shipped was an inferior brand and according to the date stamp was  nine years old and would not hold a charge.  I tried calling customer service during their posted business hours only to repeatedly get a recording saying thier customer service is closed.

This is a horrible experience purchasing from Beach Camera! It took them 2.5 days to process my order. Even though I placed the order on 1/28 and paid for expediated 2-3 days shipping, they only place the shipment with Fedex on 2/1. All in all, I will only get the camera in 5 business days. I have promised to bring the camera home to Singapore on 2/3 and the camera won't arrive until 2/4. Beach Camera has totally made me broke the promise. And why the heck that I paid $22++ for expediated shipment?
I will never use Beach Camera again and I will ask my friends not to use the them.
