Great product and fast shipping. The checkout was simple to you and price was the lowest I found on the internet . Selection is great. They carry a wide product line. I navigated through pages very easily. Very pleased. I had been looking for matching items for the Bush office furniture collection in the Tuxedo style but was not able to find all the items from one place until I found your site.

I received part of my order on time, but the Hutch for the desk was not sent with the "L" Desk. I had to call Bush Furniture and found out that Audio Video Co. did not order the Hutch. I then had to call Audio Video Co. back again and get the Hutch sent to me. I am still waiting for the Hutch for the "L" desk, it's still in route.

After they said product was on back order they still wanted to ship in 2 weeks and still charge me for 3 day delivery, I went to Amazon ( where I should have gone from the get go) and I got the stands 3 days later for 5 dollars less. This might be a good company but they need to learn a little about customer service.

Customer service non-existent. No order tracking info. They did not respond to 2 email status queries and then when I called they said to wait for an email. Only received order tracking info by email 2 days after receiving product, 10 days after order. Price was good.

Before buying the item they were quick to reply to my telephone call for information. Excellent customer service. When I received damaged merchandise I called them and they said I could request the replacements online and someone would get back to me within 24 hours. After 72 hours I called them and asked about the replacements. Person answering phone said they would be sent. Called again on Jan. 25th and was told the items are being sent. Still nothing so I e-mailed them on Feb. 2nd asking where the replacements were and quoted their reply to me. Received another e-mail the same day apologizing for not giving me the eta for the parts. E-mail said I should receive them between Feb. 5th and Feb. 8th. They said they are going to contact the manufacturer for a tracking number and give it to me. Their customer service started out with a bang and has now become a dismal disappointment.

Regarding question #2: Yes, I received the produce, but no, it wasn't in good condition. Two of the pieces were damaged, although only somewhat. However, I harbor no ill will toward the company since I received excellent customer support. When I called to request replacement parts, I was told that they would be mailed out immediately, no further questions asked. I have not yet received them but I am confident that they will arrive presently. I would have preferred had it arrived in good condition, but this is acceptable too.

The product arrived on time and the shipping boxes appeared to be intact and unopened. However, after assembling the EFAV-II, I found that parts were missing from the sealed EFVS-II box. I carefully inspected the box and the contents and apparently these parts (5 8" steel posts) were never put in at the factory. The instructions said to contact the manufacturer, Sanus, and gave a toll free number. I did so the next day (Friday, December 1) and was assured they would send me the missing parts. When I called on Monday, 12/4 to get a tracking number, Sanus couldn't find the order. Someone had dropped the ball, but they said they would send the parts to me by UPS blue label (2-day air) on Tuesday, 12/5. The parts arrived on Thursday, 12/7, but they were the wrong color! I immediately called Sanus again and reached them just before they were scheduled to leave on an early closing. They assured me that the correct color parts would be sent the next day (Friday, 12/8) by UPS blue label. I called Sanus again on Friday 12/8 to get the UPS tracking number and found that the ball had been dropped again. There was no record of the order. The correct color parts are now scheduled to be shipped out on Monday, 12/11 by UPS red label (overnight air). I am planning to call on Monday to get the tracking number. What makes this especially annoying is that I have had to twice delay the order for my new television as I need to have this stand assembled and ready for the new television's delivery. Having ordered this product on Thanksgiving Day on the web, it has taken way to long for the correct parts to get here. I don't know if Audio-Video Furniture or Sanus is responsible, but it is very, very frustrating. At this point, I've got my fingers crossed that the sales price on the TV I want will still be good on Tuesday (12/12), when, if the replacement parts arrive and are correct, I can place my order. Hopefully I'll get everything in place before XMAS. Its a shame as I've seen this Sanus product in other peoples home and they have been very happy with it, both aesthetically and functionally. It is a solid, well made piece of furniture and I'm looking forward to enjoying it. But quality control in packaging is sorely lacking..

The service from audio/video was great, however the shipping company (Yellow) really did not have their stuff together. I had to make 3 appointments for them to deliver my product, they only showed up with 1 guy on the 3rd appointment. Getting the desk upstairs was difficult. The desk itself is in very good condition, only a few minor scratches but nothing that I would fault the retailer for.

I was unable to contact anyone until my third attempt. I was not given a tracking number until after the merchandise arrived. The only time I received a prompt response was when I attempted to cancel the order, then was told I would have to pay a "Substantial amount for shipping." The end tables arrived in good condition several days before the bed. The bed however had multiple deep scratches and gouges out of the wood posts. I will sand and repair them myself to avoid the hassle of dealing with this company again.

I have never experienced an online purchase (of which the item is in stock) to take this long to prepare for shipping. This purchase consists of only one item, so I don't understand what could possibly warrant such a delay, unless it has something to do with the "free shipping" offer. Live and Learn.

I am very happy to say that overall, I am pleased with my experience. The item I ordered was a fantasic price...no tax, no shipping...which is great considering where we live! My item did come with some minor scratches to the top of the item, but not a big deal, as the TV sits right where the scratch is. Overall...I would order from them again, and recommend this site to my friends and family.

i was not contacted for 3 days after ordering (ordered on a friday) product was damaged and the wrong one, no help because I didnt open it right away and see it, I had to paint my room it was going in, by the time I looked at it (2 days later) they told me I have to live with it.
