found your site are my wife showed me it. and it looks like you have a lot of really neat stuff. but you dont offer very much infomation a bout your products that would be a lot better if you could do that i was wanting one of the grill covers but it didn't have the over all demintions i need to purches one like a 30x30 x 30" high

Item pictured was complete unit with cover, clamp and pressure indicator. Recieved only the module. Additional handling charge and tax was assessed at purchase. $169 item ended up costing $196 and was not the complete unit pictured

I ordered a Polaris product and received the wrong item. I contacted the company via telephone, and was directed to use their live chat for faster assistance. The live chat worked and I was contacted by their representative. I explained the error and she informed me that I had to complete a form she was sending me via email to the right product. I received the form via email as she stated and completed and submitted it. I am waiting for the correct product to be sent to me. Currently, I am not very pleased with my experience.

I oredered a Algoma Domestic 11 Feet 2-Point Single Poyester Rope Hammock (AC-4968) which I received within 9 days.  I felt that time frame was good.  The ordering process was a breeze.  The Hammock is great and fits an unusual size stand, so I was thrilled to find a company that I could buy it from.  The price was fantastic compared to other places.  I highly recommend Aqua Superstore!

The online site is fine at first glance, but in entering part numbers from the owners manual (heat exchanger and return header) we got one correct part (the heat exchanger) and one incorrect part. We didn't double check the invoice, and received a five-pipe heat exchanger and a nine-hole retner header. No one contacted us to check if this was correct, they just packed and shipped.

The return process was bureacratic and took almost a week to get return authorization, and then I had to pay for return shipping and get hit with a restocking charge of 25% of the value of the item unless I ordered the replacement from them. By then, I'd already ordered it elsewhere. After complaining about the "blame the customer" approach, I received a nasty email from their "customer service" representative in their returns department.

I do not recoomend doing business with this place!

Ordered a Hammock and a few other items from this store a few weeks ago. The rep I talked to told me that the Hammock was a popular item and elected to make a few phone calls for me to double check and make sure that they were in stock. Luckily it was in stock, and I received it and the other items 3 days later. Overall I'm very happy with this site, and will deffinitely come back the next time I need something for my pool or yard.

I will admit, if it seems too good to be true, it was! I saw a Tigershark Pool Cleaner pictured with a cart for $699.99 with a rather confusing description accompanying it on their site. Not being sure what was included I asked their "Live Help" line and was told that the order would be as pictured, so I jumped on it and placed my order.

Needless to say, it was not as pictured and not even the same product. What I received was a commercial style cleaning head that needed a car battery and attached to a skimmer pole. I contacted this merchant immediately in hopes of clearing this up before the 4th of July...... That was in the beginning of June and it is now the middle of July! I offered to pay the difference between what I got and what I though I was ordering and yet this merchant has ignored my Return request.

At this point, I'm done! I want my money back and I will never shop with AQUASUPERSTORE.COM again.

Although AquaSuperStore has a convenient "live help" line, it's very rarely available and when it is it's not very efficient. All I've requested is the status of my order and I'm told both on the telephone and online that, "I am sorry I do not handle the tracking and we are very under staffed today". Horrible experience and ironically the reason I ordered from AquaSuperStore is because they told me they had the merchandise in stock. I'm about one day from challenging the charge!

If your a pool owner, bookmark Aquasuperestore! They are very helpful, offer low prices, and receive tracking information quickly. Thats something you cant say about them other Rinky Dink Pool Stores who dont even pick up their phones or even offer Live Chat support. They also send me coupons for being a repeat customer!
