Had to return base for correct one. The ALbee employee & I both thought the base I ordered would work with the car seat but it would not. Had to return for one which was compatable.

The crib looks nice. I cant wait to put my bedding set on it and put my baby in it. Only thing im having difficulty with is finding a mini crib bedding set that I like that will fit the crib.

Found the product I needed at a great price. Ordering was easy. The carseat was shipped very quickly. All around I had a nice experience with them. The only hold up was I was the item I purchased wasn't going to be able to be delivered until January 2012, but that was only a couple weeks after I made the purchase and they told me all of this upfront. I was pleasantly surprised though when I received a noticed on 12/29/11 that my order was being shipped and I received it a few days later. Very impressed with this, especially planning on getting it by the end of January. The customer service was really nice, and they have great discounts! I would definitely shop here again.

Albee Baby has a great selection of very competitively-priced baby gear. The search function on the website is not fantastic; for example, I typed in "Duoglider" to search for the Graco "Duoglider" double stroller model, but I got zero results. However, when I searched by brand, and pulled up all the Graco strollers, there were several duogliders available. But other than that minor complaint, I find the process to be easy and efficient.

Car seat was delivered but to the wrong address so I'm still waiting. I called before christmas to check because I was concerned about the amount of time and still hadn't received a call back as of 12/29/11 so I called again. This time I was able to pull tracking info. Up on the website whereas before I couldn't. I spoke with a cs rep and my order is now in investigation so I have to continue to wait. I will say the lady I spoke with was very nice aside from the fact there was still no acknowledgement that I had already called and left a message even after I mentioned it twice. Hopefully this will get figured out quickly as I am in need of the car seat. Thank you.

I ordered a $1000 stroller with some extra accessories from ALBEEBABY.COM and I could not be more pleased with the great deal that I got, the fast shipment of the items, and pretty much the product itself. I did call customer service to check on the shipment of the stroller since it was on backorder and I received it accoding to when the website stated that it was expected to be shipped out and according to what the customer service rep told me. I received all NEW and unopened products and the exact items that I ordered. I could not be more pleased with the items and am extremely excited to put them all to use wiith my daughter who is due January 2012. Horrible horrible horrible servie.  Ordered a bed on 12-2-2011, payment posted to my credit card immediately.  On 12-17-2011, I was tracking the bed and found that it hadn't even shipped yet!  I e-mailed customer service and asked if I would receive it in time for Christmas, as I may need to cancel if not.

I received an e-mail today stating they cancelled my order.  Horrible customer service.  I do not, however, have a credit on my account for the payment!!!

I will NEVER shop with this company again.
