I found the Albee website to be very easy to use. Check out was easy. Tracking was great and my order was delivered on time in good shape. I purchased this stroller as a gift and can not comment on the product because it has not been put together yet since the baby shower is not until December.

The snack tray arrived after a few weeks. I was happy to have received it. However, I'm irritated that my credit card was charged for the other item which has not been received. Furthermore, on the invoice with the snack tray, it showed that the other item was not included in the fee or the box, but there was no status on the other item at all. I followed up in email and by phone and never heard back from anyone. I will try another time with AlbeeBaby and then take it up with my credit card to dispute. I do intend to give them another chance with one other item. We'll see how it goes.

This item was a gift, and as I had shopped before at Albee I was pleased at their gift items and discounts. Others of similar brand were a bit higher, though I donot understand why. Thanks

Good selection and prices. My only complaint is that one box my carseats arrived in was severly damaged which makes me wonder about the trauma to the car seat it self in transport. I'm not sure how much was due to UPS vs. Albee Baby. Items arrived quickly.

The price on the stroller was excellent and was 10% off with a coupon code. However, it was dropped shipped from the manufacturer and I wasn't given a tracking because of this. I wouldn't have had a problem with us, but when I called Albee Baby and left a message with customer service my call wasn't returned. I had to call the Baby Jogger company to find out if it had shipped.

I ordered a Graco Comfortsport Convertible carseat for my daughter. The price was the most inexpensive I had found on the net, and ordering/recieving the item went flawlessly.  I ordered it on a Friday morning, and recieved the seat on a Monday, even though it was Columbus Day. The tracking provided was up to the minute, and I will definetly order from them again, and refer my friends to this site. :)

i cant believe this site and their claims to excellent products and service. the swing had obviously been used, and the motor wasnt working. the breast pump adapter wouldnt work at all. the bugaboo graco adapter was marked with scratches and dirt. i called them and got the worst responses imaginable; they were rude in tone and dismissive about my concerns. worst shopping online experience ever.

Albee Baby provides a fantastic variety of baby gear, and has great customer service. The prices are not particularly competitive, but their special sales are worth checking in for. My only suggestion to them would be to better indicate when something is on backorder. I was expecting a certain item very quickly, but was only informed of its backorder status the day after my purchase. On most sites, you can see if something is temporarily unavailable before the purchase is even made.
