We DID have a problem with this order. It required some assembly and there were no instructions provided in the box. It was VERY FRUSTRATING to put this gun together on our own!!!

I ordered a battery and they sent the WRONG item #. (Sent numchuck style battery instead or stick battery) Called the company and they followed up w/ email with an option to swap merchandise for the correct product (would duplicate charge and credit when incorrect item returned.)They also requested pictures. I complied with a return email and request for swap. They replied with a notice that the issue was forwarded to tech support with no resolution. I responded that tech support was not necessary and now have not heard back from them. Makes no sense, just send the correct item as they said they would. VERY disappointed in how this was handled. In the mean time my son cannot use his airsoft gun because we don't have a battery.

There were several products that were hard to find. There were also several products that I would have liked to purchase, but had been out-of-stock for over five months now. The product I most recently recieved had very nice statistics online. It was supposed to shot 450 FPS and be accurate to at least 80ft. There was also a picture on AirSplat of a test target at 65ft, wich showed the gun was pretty accurate. The gun did shoot at 450 FPS, but it accuacy was terrible. Every shot had a completely differnt flight pattern. some shot rediculsly too high, other shot into the ground, and some shot way to the left. I couldn't hit a target at 10FT AWAY consistantly!

Hard to say what I liked the best, their phone support is unmatched, I called before my order to find out if a particular magazine was wind-up or not and the operator who assisted me actually went to lengths to answer my question which confirmed my decision to buy, they also helped me to understand how my vest functioned so A+++ to those guys. Also, free shipping rocks ;) Not to mention they have a fantastic selection and actually sell many of the accessories for the guns they stock (i.e. Wellfire compatible G3 mags) which surprisingly is not the norm.  I would absolutely recommend them to friends and have in fact already to 3 of my paintball team who are also looking to branch into airsoft.

This merchant did not honor their 110% pricematch guarantee. I followed all of the proper procedures to the point that they even agreed, but there is no one to contact to correct this problem. I will not buy from them until they rectify this with me and all my freinds have stopped using these guys for their purchases.

I checked out several airsoft websites and decided to give AirSplat a try.  I was surprised that their prices were considerably lower for green gas compared to what I found locally where I live.  I purchased green gas, silicone oil and bb's.  My order was processed, shipped and delivered in a few days.  I received my complete order and everything arrived wrapped and adequately protected.  I've used all the products I ordered and haven't had any problems.  I think AirSlat's prices are very reasonable, they are quick getting your order out, and the shipping is fast.  I would definitely recommend them and I will be a repeat customer.
