Bad customer service. I love the air purifier I purchased from Air Purifiers America. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired however and I will never again purchase anything from them.  They have sent the wrong filters in the past, then you're left having to wait to send their mistake back and wait for the filter you ordered to get to you. They send non-working coupons via e-mail then do not honor them when you call. They have ignored numerous requests for a return phone call. Not worth the hassle or savings if there is one.

I ordered two Paralda air purifiers from this company.  They were promptly shipped and delivered.  One of the units was DOA with a faulty fan.  I filled out the RA request form and also called Customer Service.  In less than 24 hours, a replacement unit was on its way to me.  Both units work perfectly.  Depending on your air purifier needs, I would recommend giving Air Purifiers America an opportunity to serve you.  Their service is good and the prices are generally better than other places.

You advertised that the product (Alen 150) has a lifetime warranty but the product manual states that it has a one-year limited warranty. You probably should take this statement off the website, as I would have thought differently about my purchase.

They have a very informative site with many different products too choose from (NOT JUST THE BRAND NAME. I had forgotten to add in the free gift with my order, I wrote customer service and they added it in for me with no problems. I am very happy with the service.

Great customer service. Briefly stated, UPS erred & ended up sending my order back to them. Despite it being my first time ordering, and it being a small, inexpensive order, and despite my having used a free shipping option, I still got stunning, first-class service. Two days after the e-mail it was here. (Texas to NYC, I think)

Good folks to deal with. Nicely done website, professional setup, standard Amazon.com quality e-mail response. & they had my hard to find filters! (Hey, Vermont Country Store, we could have used the reference)

Excellent On-line Store, I am a satisfied customer. Their Customer service went beyond the call. The first Freidrich C90 that I ordered was defective. Air Purifiers Americas' Customer service representative (a real person) immediately shipped a second unit and sent a return UPS label for the defective unit. I was in good shape in less than a week. Anyone who buys online knows that this is unusual for an online retailer and should be commended.

Great site, products and service. The only problem I had was the site was a little confusing when it came to getting the free bonus filter with my ordered filter. It should have been automatically entered into the ordering process instead of me having to do it manually when ordering.It gives me the impression that the company hopes some people will forget about the free unit so they dont have to give one away with every order.

It took only 4 days from submitting my order online to receiving the product. The IQAir-HealthPro-Plus air purifier is terrific and made in Switzerland. It really improves the air quality in my house. The price is the lowest I can find on the Internet (taking into account the shipping cost and bonus gift). The customer service is timely and friendly. I work at a major university and had the air quality tested before and after running the IQ Air Health Pro. It dropped the number of particles in the air from 15,000 to 5,000 in my office and the health & safety rep there stated that was hospital level. My breathing was much better (had fungal infection from extensive mold in my house). I was so pleased I bought a second one for my house, and my sister bought one for her house. 100% satisfied with the product and the delivery was within a week.
