My husband’s giant screen Toshiba television bulb exploded during the major league baseball playoff. This indeed was a terrible and unexpected situation. We Googled some sites and after comparing prices we chose advanced lamps.  We found the TB25-LMP and placed an order. The whole ordeal was very simple, and prices were very reasonable. The television was back up and running before the world series. Advanced Lamps was a life saver. Will not think twice when it comes to using them again.

If I had to compare this to previous online purchases this was definitely one of the easiest. The customer service representative was courteous and professional and knowledgeable. The price was the lowest price I found on the web, plus they offered economic  shipping and best of all no tax. We placed our order online and it was very easy. We received our order confirmation just a few minutes after we placed the order. The very next day we received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so track our order along the way. Our order arrived in a few days and the replacement bulb worked perfectly. When it delivered in was in perfect shape. The picture on the television looks great, like new. I normally refrain from purchasing over the internet, but when my 61 inch JVC TV's lamp burning out I no choice but to turn to the internet. Through researched and found Advanced Lamps.com. Advanced Lamps has a site that is extremely easy to navigate. Prices are way beyond reasonable. I needed the bulb in a hurry so I selected 2nd day UPS shipping and I ordered the item well before the deadline specified for same day shipping. I ordered a bulb for my Panasonic TV from Advanced Lamps after my bulb died out. I hope anyone that buys from Advanced Lamps has a better a better experience than I did. I ordered on December 7 , on the 8 my card was billed and the order was back ordered. I gave them the 7-10 days   they said it would take to get the lamp. After14 days I started trying to get my money back. It finally was refunded on dec.28.  You shouldn't charge someone for something you don't have ! Any time I called to check on the order they would update my acount to back ordered . I ordered a lamp from a different online store. It was at my house in 3 days. If you order from here good-luck!

Earlier this year our television lamp went out. I contacted Advanced Lamps because of their prices was way lower than the competitors. I also informed them I needed a product within two weeks, and said so on the order. What an easy way to solve my burned out lamp problem. Received my bp96-00826a direct projection lamp in 4 days (I'm in FL.. came from CA). My 16 year old son put it in. How easy was it!!! Was quoted 270.00 to fix by local repair shops, but brought from Advanced Lamps and saved me a bundle doing it myself. Fast, easy, simple, cheap, what a great experience!!!!

Their site is extremely easy to use and find the product that I'm looking for. When I did have a problem with an order, I simply contacted customer service via the 800 number and was promptly given instructions for how to return the product. Once they received it, my account was credited and a replacement product was sent to me.
