Advanced Lamps

Advancedlamps was an absolute delight to use compared to some of the other websites I've went to for Christmas shopping this year. Everything was concise and well placed so that whatever category I needed I just clicked it and automatically before me was fantastic gift ideas. Checkout was especially pleasant in that it didn't require I hold a degree from MIT to complete my order. Thanks to everyone at Adnancedlamps

DON"T BUY FROM THEM!!

ordered a bulb from AL on 6/6/09, it failed 2 mo later.  called for a replacement which they said they would send out as soon as they recieved a new shippment.  After 1 month and numerous phone calls I demanded a refund.  They refused but mysteriously found 1 last bulb in the warehoue.  After receiving it 5 days later I installed it and watched 1 football game (4 hours).  The next morning the bulb failed again.

After calling again and demanding a refund (which they refused) they said they would send out a replacement, when they received their shippment. After another month (2 months since the original failure)  they sent me a bulb that I neither want or need ( I bought another bulb weeks ago from another vendor).

Because I haven't needed to return any products, I can't speak to that aspect of their operation; however, all else appears to be on the leading edge of on-line merchandising

Next day air as it should be - Next Day! And packed good to withstand the brutality the shippers put on packages. They were the cheapest I could infe - even cheaper that the stores selling bare lamps. I recommend Advanced Lamps

Advanced Lamps handled my order very well. I had some questions to be sure I got the right product and the person who helped me on the phone was very helpfull and clearly laid out my options. My order was shipped the same day and I had a few emails by the end of the day for my order comnfirmation, invoice, and tracking. Very efficient service. I have bought these compatibles before many time for my tvs (I have a few in my business that stay on all the time) Advanced Lamps compatibles look more like the real thing and they have lasted longer. I have ordered 4 lamps so far and they all were good - I have ordered more than 20 over the years from another store and 4 of them were defective. Advanced Lamps has the better price and the better product. I will buy again soon.

They had the best price I could fine with shipping included. I placed my order over the phone since it was a pretty high cost order. I got my new 72 inch TV in two days. I just happen to be close to their warehouse. The delivery guy helped me get it into my living room and I had it set up in an hour. It looks and works great and it was a few hundred dollars less than buying it at my local store.
