I brought my neice to Ace Mart because she loves to bake and is a huge fan of shows like "Cupcake Wars," "Network Challenge" and 'Cake Boss." She was a kid in a candy store at Ace Mart. Orders are filled quickly and shipped. You carry a very good line of merchandise and will definitely shop with you again as the stores are not carrying quality merchandise like they used to. I work at Walmart and do not like what they are doing with the quality of merchandise they are choosing to stock. As we live in a small town no one else carries much more either. Would rather order from you than drive 100 miles to shop. Thank you.

My order confirmation said that I could track my order by following this link. When I followed the link it required me to create an account in order to track an order. However, once I created an account I was unable to see or track my order. I'm guessing that I would have had to create a membership before making a purchase and then I would have been able to track my order. However, this was not clear and it would have been nice to have tracked the status of my order; it was unfortunate that I was unable to. Other than that, I was happy with the product, on-time delivery, and careful packaging to ensure nothing broke.

The tumbler size did not come up when I did a search. It took me a few searches to find the size I wanted. The first search looked like you did not carry this size. tumbler blue pebble 16 oz

I was very happy to find what I was looking for at a reasonable price. If anything, I would say that the shipping was a higher cost than I anticipated. The box was quite large, but very well packed. Ordering online was very easy. I wish shopping at your store in austin was as good. I would love to find the plastic covers available for this size pan, but you don't carry them . . .maybe next time.

Easy to order, great service. Product warped from strink wrapping. Big scratches on plates. Very disappointing. Ace Mart needs quality control on the plates. This should have been recognized before shipping. Disappointed that I could not reorder...out of stock. I believe they pulled all inventory because of problems. A credit was given, but I would have preferred plates.
