Ordering was easy and the package arrived in less than a week.  I haven't opened the box yet because I need to make space for it.  It will work out great for those unexpected guests at Mardi Gras. The color is perfect for the room it is planned for.

After having read so many negative reviews I was reluctant to buy from zoostores. When I placed my order I was initially given an unusually long ship date, almost a month beyond my order date. I thought, oh boy, but the price on the inversion table was really good so I figured, no problem, I'll wait. To my surprise I got an email 2-3 days later telling me it shipped. I received my order a week later. From my experience I would recommend them.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Do not even consider ordering from this scam of a business.  I have never had such a bad experience before with online shopping.  Ordered a bike in early august- was told it would arrive within 2 weeks, the 2 weeks goes by - no bike.  call, left on hold for 47 minutes- told shipped today, wait a few days, I wait a few days, no bike.  I call again (hold another 45-50 min., told "oh it shipped today, it is enroute should arrive in a few days).. long story short - NO BIKE-  finally find out it is on back order all this time!!  ok, cancel order, have now been waiting 3 weeks for my refund!! i called yesterday (yes, another 45 min. on hold) and when I threatened that i am going to take legal action, was told my refund is being processed!  Let's hope this is not another lie, i will know in a day or so... ANYWAY, DO NOT ORDER from this company!! i truly believe it is some kind of scam.  Just a warning....

I did call customer service to check up on the company since I hadn't worked with them before and felt very comfortable placing my order after that. I also checked on the BBB before placing my order.  With free shipping and no tax, it was the best website to use for my purchase!

The chair I ordered was exactly as described.  It was a very simple process and delivery was a lot faster than I expected.  I live in a rural area and did not expect shipment to arrive so quickly. I got just what I wanted and faster than expected; what more could I ask.

I ordered an exercise bike on 8/31/2012. Zoostores charged my credit car for the item at $515.00. They then canceled the order a week later and said the item was unavailable. I have been unable to get them to refund my credit card and it is now two weeks later. Big rip off vendor! Do not buy from these people.

The baby hangers were exactly as described on the website and arrivecd preciously when they said they would.  The type I ordered (for infants pants and tops) are hard to find retail.  I was really glad to find them online.

I searched the net for a place to buy the Tommy
Bahama/Lexington Furniture Glenview mirror we wanted.  After looking at quite a few places including some much nearer to my home I chose Zoostores--their price was as good or better than most and they had good reviews.  The mirror was delivered much quicker than their website said it would be--it's a very heavy framed mirror and it arrived it perfect condition.  The online purchase transaction was simple and glitch-free--Choosing Zoostores was the right decision as was our choice of the the Glenview mirror--it is really beautiful.  Thank you so much Lexington/Tommy Bahama. and Zoostorers...

My order was placed a month ago.  I contacted the store after a few weeks to inquire about the order and was informed (almost apologitically) that it would be shipped a month after I ordered it.  They gave me a date.  I commented that the offer of free express shipping sort of implied prompt shipping.  At least they gave me a date and kept the promise.

The package arrived well packaged with no damage.

This transaction could have been improved by keeping me more informed - perhaps with an email. I don't mind late, but I do need to know it will be.  I could have ordered it elsewhere.

Great customer service....I was impressed that they followed up on an address snafu by telephone and not an impersonal email.  Couldn't ask for better.  The bike was delivered on time.  Haven't had a chance to assemble it yet, but I don't anticipate problems...stay tuned!

The product ordered was offered at a great price with quick order processing and shipping. The only spoiler was that shipping was almost as much as the product being ordered. However, this probably speaks more to the low cost of the item. Customer experience was as expected.

I found Zoostores on line and saw a nice choice of furniture.  I was in the market for a nice sleeper sofa for a guest bed in our Media Room of our home.  There were many choices available and the prices were very competitive.  Free shipping was available.  I placed the order and found that delivery could be completed by the date agreed upon and at the agreed price.  I came several days before my deadline and was in excellent condition when it arrive.  It was exactly as ordered.  I was amazed at how quickly the entire task was done.  Contact with Zoostores was sufficient to let me know the status of the order at each step of fullfillment.  Although I live in St Louis, MO and we have mamy furniture stores, I did not have to drive all over to comparison shop and accomplised everything without leaveing my home. I am really impressed with the concept and service I encountered and will share my good forturne with my friends and neighbors.

Fraudulent charge for $201 appeared on my checking account from zoostores.com, a mercantila site.  Attempted to contact them via the 800 number on the site, after a total of 45 minutes on hold and speaking with two different departments, I was given an email address to contact, they refused to help at all over the phone or even indicate what information would be needed in the email.  Never heard back from them and had to have my bank shut down the charge.

The delivery was lightning fast. It was really easy to find the right rowing machine on this website as you can look up theproduct using  different criteria, such as the price, rating, or most reviewed, etc. if I ever decide to purchase other sports equipment I will surely go back to this online store. Not to mention their free shipping, which is great!

I would order from Zoostores again. My item was thoroughly packaged from the manufacturer and the delivery went smooth.

Keep in mind when you order from Zoostores ( and another big online seller I won't mention) that you have to be flexible and must not have an item by a certain date. It will come, just be patient, the delivery dates are estimates at the time of purchase.

I was grateful to find my wind and beach-use rated canopy at zoo stores.com. I was about to order a larger one when I noticed the review said it didn't hold up in a stiff breeze. We changed our order and were extremely pleased. It arrived quickly. It's very well constructed, and performed beautifully!  Held up on a windy Atlantic beach, is easy to put up and take down, can be weighted by sandbag hanging from a center post, has an included moveable shade wall, Which was valuable to protect our young children.  The canopy exceeded our expectations. Highest possible A+ rating for this product!!

I was pleased with my delivery except for the fact that I was to receive a $25.00 rebatre for each chair.  The rebate of $25.00 each for the two chairs was not included.  I would be more likley to order from Zoostores again if you would send me my total rebate of for the $50.00.
