I ordered my Exerpeutic walking treadmill on a Friday, and it was delivered the next Tuesday by FedEx. No problems, and very quickly, in my opinion. This treadmill is sturdy and quiet, and I think it was a great buy when compared with running treadmills at $2500 or more.

I placed an order for a rowing machine. They got my last name incorrect over the phone, even though I spelled it out for them. They advertise "Fast Free Shipping" ... but that doesn't appear to be true, but they did manage to charge my account immediately. When I cancelled the order, after it had not shipped for 5 days, they said it would take 2-4 business days to cancel the order, but they assured me it would not ship. They did correct the email address, and I have since received an email indicating they received the cancellation request, but it would still take another 2 days to process, and if the order shipped I would be responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee. They don't seem to be able to do anything except in 2-4 business days, even a minor change. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering anything from them. I have purchased many things over the Internet, but this is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would never order from them again, nor would I recommend anyone buy from them. STAY CLEAR!!!!

The toll free customer service rep I spoke with for ordering was helpful, adept, and fast.
Order to delivery took 11 days to the Pacific Northwest, a little slower than I would have hoped but still pretty good. Everything was just as ordered and, once we got it assembled, it appears to be working perfectly. This unit was chosen to meet the diverse needs of 3 adults with varying degrees of training needs. 1 [female over 50] Requires low impact due to arthritic feet with heel spurs. Training will be aiming at weight loss and general health & fitness. 2 [male nearing 60] Requires indoor exercise availability due to cold weather and spinal/back limitations. Training will be aiming at maintaining health & fitness and to aid in rehabilitation. 3 [male 21] Requires a challenge since already active and physically fit. Training will be aiming at maintainence but more toward personal challenge as well as cross-training. Only time will tell if the unit is up to the task. |

Do not even think of buying from these criminals. They advertised on Amazon a 5 pc dining table set (1 table + 4 chairs + 1 bench). Ordered it and recieved table only. Called and was told than only table is included. Asked to return. Told that RMA will be emailed to me within 24 hours. 48 hours later no sign of RMA. I am going to call CC company to try to recover payment.

warning to anyone considering shopping at zoostores - i am being harassed by a collections agency because zoostore didnt pay their shipping service. now they're in default and im on the hook for shipping on an order paid for months ago! The shipper is putting a lien on my new stuff and wants $250 for the shipping! Zoostores doesn't care, they just transfer me and put me on hold for "just a moment" which means forever.

I was looking for a Sleepaway Aerobed for a Christmas present and after searching several sites, I found the Zoostores site and they had just what I wanted and at a very good price. Also, there was free shipping and the Aerobed arrived very quickly. I know I could have found it in my local area, but having the convenience of shopping on line and having such a great selection, made the purchase of this Christmas gift very convenient.
When I decided on the item I wanted to buy, I called the Zoostore and the person who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. Also, I was able to get a discount promotion on the purchase. Overall, I would strongly suggest checking out the Zoostores site and when looking for items and seeing just how much merchandise they have available. I had never heard of Zoostores before, but found it thru the Bing search site. When looking for other gifts, I will definitely check out Zoostores. |

Bad customer service, bad return policies. They may have cheap prices but if you adissatisfied with product, you will pay! Cancelled order within 30 minutes and still received product, now I have to pay shipping to return a product I never wanted! Don't be fooled!

Was searching for a cheap bed and Zoostores.com was the best site I could find for low prices. The Coaster Company Metal Silver Queen Platform Bed looks great in my apartment. The shipping was reasonably quick. Had no issues with my order and all went well. Will most likely purchase from Zoostores.com again in the future.

The customer service at Zoostores was excellent. I placed my order over the phone and had many questions, the person I spoke to took their time and was very pleasant. I received my order the next week! I was prepared to wait for 3 weeks but was peasantly surprised when it showed up so early. I love my patio furniture and will definitely order from them again!

Order a satchel type book bag for my first grader back in August. The order confirmation email stated that the estimated shipping date was October 15th. Why!?! I have no clue. Did they charge my card right away? Most certainly. Today is the 23rd of October and I checked the status of the order. Can you guess...yep the ship date has been pushed back to the 31st. My daughter is now starting to ask every day when it is coming. I am experiencing what the other reviews have stated. Zoostores isn't the problem but the Mercantila shipping company is. Hopefully Zoostores gets their act together and improves their shipping process. I won't hold my breathe.

I am very well satisfied with Kitchen Islands of the Zoostores.com for my order of the foldable Oasis Island Stainless Steel and wood table that was delivered on time as stated. The item was received exactly as advertised of what I had ordered. In fact, I didn't have to deal with customer service since there was no damage nor problems with the order. The Island table was really packed well to protect it. As for the website, searching for the Island was easy, as well as check out. Reading the customer reviews of four customers satisfied with the Island Table out of four reviews made me feel confident about this purchase. I am happy I did buy this table-it looks good in my kitchen.

Bad experience - item was discontinued by the manufacturer and I was informed that they would issue me a refund within 10 business days. Contacted them after the 10 business days had elapsed since I still had not received the refund. Gave them another 3 days and still no refund. Ended up contacting my credit card company and they will issue me the refund and get the funds back from Zoostores.
All calls made to Zoostores go to Mercantila (must be a 3rd party customer service company). All information gets logged into the status of the order on the Zoostroes website. Mercantila creates a "ticket" to document any issues that the customer has with their order. An e-mail was sent to me each time indicating that I would be contacted within 1 business day with information regarding my questions. Mercantila never contacted me even after 3 business days. |

I looked on-line and did a whole bunch of comparison shopping as I always do. It seemed that all on-line merchants were selling at the same price. I do now understand why. They may have differant names, but they are all the same merchant. It's a great way to hedge your business. Mercantilla, Rugs Direct, Zooster, whatever... Same merchant.
As far as the rug goes it is slightly overpriced for a machine made rug, but it was exactly what I wanted. It is much darker than what it appeared on the internet, but will work just fine anyway. It was shipped in reasonable time, and arrived by Fed-Ex in good condition. I am glad they used Fed-Ex, UPS has always been slow and brutal on packages that I have received from them. Overall, I am happy with the product and service. |

We received immediate confirmation of our order. The manufacturer shipped the product within 10-14 days, as had been indicated. Unfortunately, our shipment was lost by FedEx and we are currently dealing with Zoostores to replace the item. We are pleased with their level of involvement and concern. Since we are currently travelling, Zoostores is coordinating with the manufacturer to ensure that our order will not precede us home. We will definitely order from Zoostores in the future. They did everything right.

I was overcharged using their online coupon paying through amazon payments. I contacted them and was told the correct amount would be debited upon shipment.. never was...the item was shipped to a local delivery service and stayed there over a week before delivery to my home....I was charged when it shipped from warehouse and not directly to me....in the meantime I called and left a message and sent an email but never heard a word from Zoostores....the overcharge was $48.90......I wouldn't recommend this company based on this incident though the product is great

Zoo stores said my order of my Schwinn 250 recumbent cycle was shipped Sept 7 / 2012 and again on Sept 20/2010. I received it Oct 29/2012 and I needed the assistance of my sons to assemble it and they came over Sunday to help.The box had been punctured by a fork lift and the body was cracked from the force. The front of the shell was split wide open and there were no longer nuts to screw it back together they had been ripped out. step one of the assembly had been put together so it is clear that this was not new equipment.What kind od a joint sends used merchandise?As Iam trying to contact customer service and it is a busy day I am number 11 on the wait list so there are certainly many unsatisfied customers before me an this poor excuse for a company doesn't even hire a proper amount of service representatives to provide any customer service that would be considered respectable.This is one Internet company that represents everything that people are afraid of experiencing on the Internet.People run like hell.
