I ordered an ARTEC T18AR USB TV Tuner from Zipzoomfly $64.94 incl tax. It would have been $34.94 after a $30 rebate that I never submitted for obvious reasons that follow. It could not find any channels with included software on Vista Business or Ultimate (2 completely different hardware platforms). I paid over $5 to ship it back since I was only allowed to exchange it. They sent another (open box) that did the same thing and told me that I had to deal with the manufacturer at that point. I contacted them and downloaded newer software which logged all channels active or not. It also had to be disconnected and reconnected after each use to work again. All of those non-working channels and the reconnection requirement made it pretty useless. Zipzoomfly finally provided another RMA but no shipper and little clue on what they would return. I disputed the charge with my credit card company twice. I eventually had to pay my own (over $5) shipping again to return the defective product. It was an over $10 loss and many hours of aggravation and no consolation whatsoever. I recommend Newegg or Tiger Direct any day. I would never purchase another product from Zipzoomfly again! By far, the worst return policy I have ever dealt with and no flexibility. They don’t need my business and I recommend avoiding Zipzoomfly if at all possible.
