This is the bottom of the barrel! I will never trade with "Zip Zoom Fly" again. Customer Service is not customer service at all. They charge the highest rates for shipping and have an impossible return policy. The return policy has so many catches, that when you order, it is hard to understand exactly what the return policy is. I should have known better than to order from a company like this in the first place.
I am totally unsatisfied with my DVD drive, but there is absolutely nothing I can do about it, with a 15% "restocking fee" that they refuse to wave, and return shipping that they refuse to help with. The drive is supposed to be a "Liteon," which they sell it as, but when I get it, it identifies itself as an "ATAPI" drive! Since I wanted only a Liteon, and ordered a Liteon, I want to return this one and exchange for a drive that is actually a Liteon drive. They refuese to wave the 15% restocking fee! I already paid over 30 dollars shipping just to get this worthless drive. I have emailed Zip Zoom Fly at least four times. "Customer Service" response time is the slowest on the web.
Additionally, after ordering this drive, I discovered that I could have gotten it at Newegg for 6 dollars less on the drive and 10 dollars less on the shipping, for a total of 16 dollars less. But again, when you click on the Zip Zoom Fly price matching link on the site, it takes you to a page that states: "Zip Zoom Fly is confident in it's pricing and therefore does not offer price matches." You win again, ZZF.
Thanks a lot zip zoom fly. You deserve to go out of business.
