This has been horrible experience - I ordered two hard drives (Hitachi 750GB SATA) two days after ordering a motherboard (Intel P975) - I received the motherboard without issue - they placed the hard drive order on hold for "verification" even though the contact information, account information, and shipping information were all identical.
I placed two long distance calls (they offer no 800 line even though they are requesting additional information), I wrote two emails asking for an explanation and never have received any explanation for the verification hold that cost days in processing. I paid FEDX two shipping - their delays cost me any time I would have gained. I asked for refund of the two shipping (~$3 up charge ~$9 total) and they responded with url's to their website and then add an invitation to write to them if I need anything else.
Here is their "Customer Support" reply:

Customer Service does not exist at this company - their "specialists" are either completely disempowered or apathetic. I would suggest that customers are much better off in the long run to use NEWEGG.COM -even if it costs a couple of bucks more. I placed three orders with NEWEGG - all three delivered on time and the one request for a shipping update was responded to within hours in a helpful way.
We'll avoid this company for all future hardware and sw purchases and encourage others to avoid them as well.
