I recently ordered a processor and motherboard from Zipzoomfly and had the worst experience with them ever. first of all i want to say it wasn't totally their fault but the way they have been handling it is unacceptable. my package never got delivered to me - not their fault i'm sure Fedex delivered it somewhere else. I called ZipZF and told them i never received it - customer service said it take 4-6 weeks for Fedex to track the package and after that they will have a decision and in the mean time i am out the money and the product. so i called Fedex talked with them and they said ZipZF is wrong and that the whole process takes a week at the most. Called ZipZF back and now they will not call or e-mail me to let me know the status of what is going on - i leave an e-mail every day and call and leave a message every day and no one will let me know whats going on and it has been over 2 weeks now. I contacted Fedex and they said zipzf has never even contacted them about the missing package - I will never buy from them again - i have to contact my credit card company now and file a claim.. stay away
