They took forever to get my product packed and shipped to me. I will never buy from them again. I even sent them an email asking why, no response. Paid for 2 day shipping. It is now day 6. I called Fed ex they said Zip did not contact them until late. So much for speedy service. Why no response zipzoom? no customer service and slow packing . These guys left me in a lurch. I have a person waiting on video card, i promised would be here by now, and now I am left with egg on my face. I should have bought from new egg. If they say it takes 2 days, it is here in 2. A lot of times their shipment is early. I hope the order is accurate, but i cant tell because it isn't here yet. My satisfaction is none existent with them. I wished they would have at least responded to me, but I guess I am not important enough to talk to. Oh well.
Also why do I have to do two hundred words? that is a lot of words to write to meet the two hundred word minimum. one hundred should be adequate.
