I needed the shirt by a specific date and paid extra for expedited shipping. It looks like you took 4 days before shipping it out (not counting weekends), and it arrived one day too late. I wasn't refunded for return shipping, let alone the extra I paid for initial shipping.

I am in the process of returning the item, as it was sized too small for the label. I would have preferred to speak with someone directly, rather than having to e-mail the company to receive an RMA form. Most companies include return information with the shipped product.

Needed someone to answer the phone for a question while placing my order. Could not get anyone to EVER answer the phone. Kinda of concerning if I ever order again. I need to be able to talk to a sales person if I have a question. I think that is only fair!

Initially I was impressed with the website and the services offered. I order a t shirt for my son to wear at his dad's homecoming from Afghanistan. Unfortunately although I ordered the shirt a month in advance it never arrived. When I called Zazzle they were extremely helpful and readily offered a full refund and apologized. A couple of days later I received notification that the t shirt was awaiting pick up my local post office but there was an additional customs charge of over £11. So after paying £25 for the t shirt and £3 for shipping it has worked out to be the most expensive 2 year olds t shirt we have ordered.
Zazzle has excellent customer service, no fault there but I would hesitate to ever order again due to the items being manufactured in the U.S. and shipped from there and then having to pay addtional customs charges. I had made the assumption that since I ordered from the Zazzle UK website my items were made in the UK. Zazzle would be better off finding a UK company to manufacture their items here and save alot of hassle for it's customers.

Zazzle's online templates for creating customized cards are easy to use and offer a lot of variety. The process for uploading pictures was also very user friendly. However, while the mail delivery timeline is clearly stated on the Zazzle website, there is no information anywhere that tells you how long it will take to produce the card.
My order was confirmed immediately after placing and sat in queue for over a week. Interestingly, the status suddenly changed to "production complete" when I emailed a cancellation request. I even paid extra for shipping because I needed the card by a certain date. Had I known the timeline was unrealistic to begin with, I would have looked for another option. To add to things, my original email to customer service was never acknowledged and I was charged the full expedited shipping amount for a card that was late. Never again.

Web site is excellent. T-shirt easy to design. Printing great, but the T-shirt quality was awful. I am a size 4-6, and since the order form indicated the shirts run small I ordered a large. The T-shirt was way too small. The worst part however was the material quality. You could see through the shirt, one washing and it would be history.

Zazzle included the cost to ship in the total product value. I ended up paying customs on the shipping cost. The customer service didn't even read my email and sent back a canned response that all international shipments are subject to customs and tariffs. They then suggested using the Canadian site instead. I love the shirts and that is the only reason that I would consider using the Canadian site.

THis is the second year in a row I have shopped at Zazzle for tshirts as party favors for my son. The problems with designing tshirts were the same this year as last. However, the quality of the shirts is excellent and the timeliness of the product is outstanding.
I will shop there again next year.

Everytime I got my packages, it always feels like receiving a gift!! And the whole process system from place a order to completed was esay, fast, clear and efficient!!! And Zazzle always Email me with the promotion code, so really helps me save a lots money, especially for business starter.
I do have suggestions for Zazzle that it will be great if there are more selections of Embroidery jacket & suit-coat.
