I have worked for Nordstrom for 13 years. My experience with Zappos customer service ranks right up there with what I learned working at Nordstorm. I have returned two orders because of the shoes not working for me, every return has been easy. On one occasion, I had a boot that I didn't receive. You gave me a $30 dollar gift certificate. This is one of my favorite websites. I had purchased a pair of shoes for my sister in Spain. She needed another size but didn't return home until a year later. Without the box or shipping tag, strictly off my credit card statement, Zappos exchanged the unworn shoes, without any problems. I was very impressed with this merchant. I recieved my order VERY quickly. I knew when I placed the order what was in stock and what wasn't. Zappos is incredibly easy to deal with. I have a size 12N foot and there is only one store in town that I can walk into and buy shoes. With Zappos free shipping and return, I can pick shoes I think might work, try them on in the comfort of my own home, and return them if they don't work with a minimum of effort. Thank you so much for your excellent attention to your customers. I have recommended you to MANY people!  I would shop here again
