Zappos is better than shopping even at Nordstrom's. If certain brands work best for you, why drive all around hoping to find comfort and style? Hard to find shoes arrive at your home in two or less days free; if you need the next size up or down; if the shoes do not please you in anyway, returns are free, and the process is so easy! Box them up, drop them off at UPS with a label that you the customer prints out, and voila! Done! I absolutely love, respect, and admire the good old fashioned Work Ethic of Zappos.com This company exceeds expectations and gives evidence of...Brilliant team work! This was my first experience at shopping internationally and online. I called the vendor and advised them of this, and the man I spoke to was VERY helpful and patient. I had questions and wanted to speak to a "live body" and was impressed at the speed with which I was connected to one, and the level of assistance I received. I have been shopping at Zappos for almost two years. They carry a wide variety of shoes that fit my hard to fit feet. They are the only store that carries Ros Hommerson shoes which are the MOST comfortable shoe for my foot. The service is excellent and the delivery is beyond compare. My husband now shops at Zappos as well as my son and daughter-in-law. I guess you can call us a Zappo's Family.

While talking with the representative, I'm sorry, I didn't write down her name, I spotted another pair of shoes I wanted to try instead. I love shopping with this online store!  I've ordered several pairs of shoes for myself, my mom as well as for my husband and not once did my orders arrive late or experienced any complication whatsoever.

Their site is excellent as far as navigation, ease of use, very detailed description of products and multiple views of items you're viewing or wish to purchase.  And did I mention they have a VAST selection of shoes you can choose from?  In fact, the selection is such that I had a hard time deciding what to get.

I have since recommended several friends, family members and co-workers to purchase from this site and they are hooked! 

Customer service is also top notch and will purchase from them again and again.

my husband found the ZAPPOS"site by surfin' the net. he went in and found PEACE SIGNS products and called to me to take a look.i have been lookin' for shoes with peace signs on them for years and boy was i ever surprise!!!!my order was placed that night and my shoes came within less than a week. everythang was in excellent condition and i like their return policy.i will be back for more!! i first heard of ZAPPOS on the apprentice program with donald trump,when the challenge was to come up with an ad for ZAPPOS. now that i found peace sign products,i hope it keeps goin'.i've got grankids that i want to experience the joy of the PEACE SIGN .thnx peace and god bless.

I love Zappos! We searched everywhere for the right shoe for our 4 year old son! Lots of places had them, but each place offered only a few colors and sizes, so we were unable to get the combination we were looking for. Zappos had them all so we were able to get the right color, and the right size - and they showed up at our door step the next business day! There is no better place to get shoes for squirmy kids! Zappos ships quick, you can try them on at home (instead of dragging your kid to store after store) and returns are hassle free! Busy malls, hunting for parking spaces and multiple trips for exchanges are a thing of the past! Thanks Zappos!
