I learned about Zappos from a shoe store that didn't have my size. I wear size 11 which is often hard to find in stores. I found the web site easy to use and I love reading reviews of folks who had purchased and worn the shoes. I will definitely use Zappos again. Thank you!

I shop online because I lack time to go to stores, but I like going to stores a lot better - saves me having to got to the post office when shoes are not what they seem to be. The GREAT thing from Zappos is the free shipping. That's why I keep coming back, though, as said, I don't really like it.

My experience was excellent. The product (shoes) were well made and the prices were good. The fit was off on them, but that has to do with my feet, not the merchant. I would not hesitate to buy from them again, especially with the free shipping both ways!

Shopping at Zappos.com is always a great experience. I typically receive the items I ordered the next day. The descriptions of each item are clear and concise so customers know what they are getting. They offer a wide range of styles at numerous price points so there is something for everyone. The return policy is more than generous. The personnel in Customer Service are polite, efficient, and eager to help. I plan to continue shopping at Zapppos for a long time.

Zappos is a shopper's dream. I buy almost all my shoes from them. I live in a small town with limited choices, and I have to buy wide shoes; it would be impossible without Zappos' free shipping both ways. I've never had a problem. Every experience I've had with Zappos has been positive. They are the standard I measure all customer service by now!

I was very pleased with the experience. My first purchases was toddler boots which were too small. The exchange process was simple. The 2nd pair I was to receive in exchange was lost by UPS. Zappos immediately credited my account & worked with UPS to track the lost shoes. I did find another pair of toddler boots & a pair of mens' shoes which I received by next day delivery. I could not have asked for a better experience. Zappos customer service reps that I spoke with were very courteous and helpful. I most definely was impressed with the way they responded to my exchange and the UPS lost package. I will recommend Zappos and shop with them again.

I love Zappos. They understand women and their love of shoes. They know we want to have every available style and type of shoe out there and we want it fast. If it doesn't fit, we want to exchange or return w/no hassles. Zappos has done those key things, which is why my friends and I all shop at Zappos and I always recommend them as well.

Zappos has made me an internet shopper, and it is a shame not all the online merchants offer the same ease of navigation on their site, nor the outstanding customer service I get from them. Cigars International's customer service clods could stand a few days with Zappo's reps. if you are looking to expand your customer service techniques.

I love Zappos because of the great customer service. And it's a company that really comes across as professional. I've never had a bad experience. I have had to send things back, but this I contribute to my figuring out how to get a good fit in shoes without trying them on. I do think the comments from other buyers help. For example, I knew to order my last purchase a size larger and wider because shoes ran smaller. Unfortunately, I didn't like the look of the shoe on my foot..I'm still working on not having to send anything back. Thanks, Elaine
