The shoes I look at, at Zappos (and keep in my favorites) generally seemed to be priced the same as in the stores, sometimes even better! I appreciate that. I also really like that if I don't like something or it doesn't fit, I can send it back at no additional cost. There is nothing worse than paying up to $20 just to try something on! That has generally been my experience with other online retailers and I can't afford it, especially these days. Lately, at Zappos, the shoes I like seem to be out of stock in my size...that's the only thing I can think of that's been sort of disappointing but maybe luck just hasn't been on my side. I plan to keep trying. Thank you

Shoes were very cute, delivered fast. There was visible glue where the shoe met the heel at front which made the quality seem poor for their price ($90). Unfortunately, I had no time to do a return and was forced to wear them to my wedding. Zappos service was great, my purchase was made with ease. However, I would not have purchased these at the price I paid had I seen the exposed glue/defect in shoes.

At first I did not think buying shoes online would be such a good idea. Zappos has shipping free both ways and their system for returns in spot on. All I had to do was log in, print a label and send the shoes back to them via ups (or usps if I wanted). I had to return the shoes because I did not like something about the style. I ordered a replacement with no problems. A great store. Reminds me of Amazaon :)

My new Clarks came even faster than I expected! Sadly, the shoes had to be returned for unavoidable technical reasons - the suspected lack of their mesh sides waterproofness against Seattle weather - but I agonized at losing just the Clarks I so anticipated.

I had to fly to Dallas (from Boston) for a funeral. I needed a pair of black shoes in a hurry, and didn't have time to go shopping. I ordered from zappos.com on a Tuesday night around 9:00. Because of the late hour, I figured overnight shipping would get the shoes to me on Thursday. But no - the shoes were on my porch by 11am Wednesday, the following day! I just couldn't believe zappos could have the shoes to me so quickly, when I had ordered so late. Their service is second to none, and I will return to zappos again and again.

I usually get the best price on the internet with Zappos, however, I don't mind paying more to continue to purchse at Zappos. When I have to contact them, they are always pleasant and very, very good at comstomer serivce and support. We don't find that much these days, so I will be loyal to Zappos for shoes or whatever they sell. Shipping time in incrediblely fast and many times get a free upgrade for faster service. Their service on my first buy was so good it kept me coming back. I am completely loyal to Zappos and the industry could take a good lesson from them and the attitude of their CEO. I fact the whole world would be a better place with that kind of attitude.
