My son has size 16 feet. Thank goodness for Zappos! They offer not only larger sizes than what you can find in stores, but the free shipping just in case the size is not right - all at reasonable prices.

The key to Zappos is the customer service. The second thing, is the huge selection. My husband and I both have wide feet, and the sizes are hard to find. There are about 500 styles in our sizes to choose from. The shoes come very fast, usually free upgraded shipping, and are easy to return if not what I expected. We will continue to use Zappos for shoes. Now they have clothes, and I'll browse these, too.

Great, I enter the size and width I need. The site only shows the shoes available in my size. This way I don't fall in love with a pair of shoes that I can't wear. It helps prevent dissapointment.

I make the mistake of trying to look for shoes in my narrow size at the stores and always check with Zappos and find exactly what I'm looking for. Your reviews also help, I always read them before I order just in case I need to change my size with the order. But has always been very satisfied with everything I have purchased. Your enlarged views of the item are the best!

I've been searching for the shoes that I bought. I've found them for less money, but couldn't find my size or color. I liked that the price of the shoes was the same after the taxes and shipping had been figured in. The shoes were shipped the same day and I got them a couple of days later. (This is my third pair of that same shoe - LOVE them). Thank you Zappos for the excellent service.
