I was ordering shoes for my parents, shoes that they can no longer find in this area. I had no trouble until check out. The site could not take me to paypal, so I called and was told I needed to go to paypal first and open my account and then come back and place the order. That is not how paypal works and so I just paid at Zappos site with a credit card. It was just as easy as paypal, so I wasn't bothered by it. The order came 3 days later, much sooner than I thought it would.

Zappos is a wonderful company to do business. I was not charged for shipping AND they upgraded my shipping. I ordered on a Saturday and had my merchandise by Tuesday, just in time to take on vacation. I have never worked with a company who wants to please the customer so much. They don't charge for shipping or returns. This is big, really big because I order so many things by internet. Zappos is first rate and I will recommend the company to all my friends! Zappos has never disappointed me, and this transaction was no exception. They upgraded my shipping so I received the shoes Next Day Air; they arrived in perfect condition and were exactly as described on the web site. The Zappos web buying experience is my "Gold Standard" - if only other merchants were as comprehensive and user-friendly! Zappos has made shoe buying on the web almost as easy as going to a brick-and-mortar store, and Zappos definitely has a better selection than _any_ store I've been to! Great work, keep it up!

The shoes came in a small box packed for travel in the mail...Born shoes are the best in my book...I have a pair that's at least 15-yrs old [aroa] they look as good as the new pair. Even after I ran them through a wash cycle and air dried
