I loved that there were reviews that I could go by. They influenced me to make an online purchase of shoes, something I would never do. Also the ease of ordering, and (unfortunately) returning, was exceptional. My foot slid forward in the shoe as was mentioned in the reviews. I was still willing to try them however since there was free shipping on the purchase and the return. There are many, many more styles I can choose from and will be returning to Zappos.com to try to find the elusive perfect black dress pump I have been searching for.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

Boots came quicker than anticipated but had some discoloration around the edges of the sole. I am debating whether or not to send them back. I could probably fix the discoloration with some brown shoe polish, but for the price I paid I shouldn't have to. I had to return 2 of the 3 pairs of shoes due to me selecting the wrong size. I worked with an inside sales rep named Tom who was extremely helpful. In a matter of 5 minutes, I had a return label and shipper, on the box and in our UPS shipment. The return process was very good and I didn't waste a minute. I will receive the replacement shoes tomorrow or Tuesday. Now that is GREAT SERVICE!!! and at no additional cost for shipping/handling. thanks Phil Powell  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I think Zappos is wonderful. The free return is the most amazing policy and keeps me shopping at Zappos. All shoes are different, and even ordering my size doesn't mean they will fit. I have a large, wide foot and it is difficult to find shoes that are cute and that fit. Zappos allows me to order shoes and know that it will be okay to return them if they do not fit.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I am HOOOKED on Zappos! I have a hard to fit foot so I am limited to what brands,styles,sizes, and colors that I may choose from. That was until I discovered Zappos.com. They've got it all. And talk about service! I ordered my first 2 pairs of shoed on a Monday night at 9:00pm and they were on my doorstep at 11:30 the following morning and that was with free shipping.
