The shoes that I recently ordered were upscale women's shoes in a brand that I had never worn previously. When they arrived, they were marked with the correct size; however, they were one (or two) widths too wide and a half size too long. You should attempt to insure that your manufacturers provide you with standard, consistent sizes. It is very frustrating to have to go through the return/exchange procedure.

Zappos to me is leading the e-commerce shopping model, for clothing. It's tough ordering clothes online because you don't have the opportunity to try the items on, but zappos remedies this by allowing the 365 degreee, free shipping return policy. It's the least hassle possible of returning online orders. Customers also do not have direct face to face access to an associate for questions either, but zappos offers 24-hour phone service which I called when I was hesitant about making my last purchase. also the VIP shipping upgrade was somthing i really appreciated and kind of adds an "impulse" buy factor from a retailer perspective. THanks!

Bogs boots and shoes are hard to find this time of year, even on the official Bogs brand web site. Zappos had the shoes my husband was looking for. This was my first time shopping at Zappos, and I would definitely shop there again since you offer free shipping and returns.

Zappos is by far the best online store to order from.  They always have free shipping there and back.  Most places only have free shipping a few times a year, and you still have to pay shipping back if you need to return your items.  I   Read full review...

Shoes seemed to have taken a long time in coming. I just received them on 12/4/09. When my wife orders from Zappos her purcahse appears within two days, mine seemed to take well over a week to arrive??

My shoes came in a very timely manner and in pristine condition. Because I had had this style and brand previously I did not have trouble with the fit. I detest shoe shopping which made this experience perfect. I do not think that I would try a new style via mail as it would take some time mailing back and forth but with a known brand and style, I will do this many times. Thank you, Terry
