i really enjoyed the service i recieved. at first the product i wanted was out of stock so i had signed up for a notification when it was available. when i was just about to give up hope i recieved an email saying my shoes were in stock. i was so happy i've worn my boots just about everyday since i got them!

I have ordered from Zappos.com before, and am always astounded by the swiftness with which my order arrives. This time, however, the box looked as if it had been kicked from the shipping point to my house; the carton was falling apart. I understand the desire to keep costs down, but cartons, especially those that could be used to be sent back, should arrive in usable condition.

I really liked the big selection of shoes offered by Zappos.com. Their on-line order process was easy and the delivery was prompt. I also liked how they packaged the shoes. It came in a box within a box and the shoes had plastic inserts to keep their shape. I ordered a pair of Clarks slip-on shoes and love them. I will definitely order from Zappos again in the future. Zappos had the odd sized jeans that the stores never keep in stock. Instead of driving to every store in town trying to find one pair here & one pair there, I was able to order all I wanted at once from Zappos. With free shipping and no tax, I also saved a few dollars. Thanks, Zappos

Unfortunately the shoes I chose did not fit my feet properly. However, Zappos gave me the return shipping label online and I could return the shoes immediately at their expense. After two tries, I believe I understand how to judge which shoes are better for me and my feet and I have an order on the way. Zappos has a great list of products available and they are eager to help any way they can for you to get the product you want or need. I am very pleased and will continue to shop with Zappos.

My shoes were delayed by a few days, but were received in excellent condition. Unfortunately they turned out to be VERY uncomfortable on the day I wore them. After only one hour I had to wear my flip-flops the rest of the evening!! There was no bend or stretch to them whatsoever. Thankfully, Zappos has allowed me to return them this ONE-TIME as it is my first experience shopping with them. Next time I will wear the shoes on the carpet for more than just a few minutes. Thank you Zappos for accomadating me this one time. I appreciate your service & will shop with you in the future!

I did an internet search looking for reviews of a certain brand of shoes I wanted. The Zappos website was one of the hits. I spent some time browsing (the Zappos website made it very convenient to browse) and found the shoes I wanted on sale for $30 less than anywhere else. The checkout process was simple and convenient. My order arrived a week later (five business days -- I placed my order on a Friday afternoon). I tried on the shoes and found that one of my selections wasn't comfortable. I went through Zappos' return policy, which was easy-to-follow, and my return is being processed. I will definitely shop with Zappos again. Everything was great.

I work for PayPal and last Christmas there were lots of people trying to sell Counterfeit UGG Boots. Due to those kinds of calls that I had taken for so many months, I called Zappos to ask questions and make sure they were the real thing. Their customer service was wonderful and they made me a VIP member. I ordered the boots on Sunday and received them the following day with free shipping. It doesn't get better than that. I will always shop with Zappos whenever I can afford to do so. Their products are wonderful and excellent customer service skills.

Several times I order the same shoes and had to return them for different reasons. First it was about the size that I'm aware vary depending on the brand and the replacement because of the conditions of the shoes. On an almost 400 dollars pair of shoes, the merchandise should be in perfect conditions, and in this case it was not.
