Over the years that I have shopped with Zappos I have never had anything less than outstanding service. Aside from the fact that they have an enormous selection of well-priced shoes (and other items as well), their customer service is exemplary. Ordering from Zappos is easier than getting in my car and driving to a mall large enough to have an adequate selection. I wear a wide width shoe and very few stores in my city (Houston) have any wides in stock to try on. So placing an online order and having it show up at my door the very next day is far better than trying to shop here at home. Add to that the cost of the additional sales tax of 8.25% for local purchases and shopping with Zappos is just a win-win situation. I order (with no sales tax or shipping costs), the shoes arrive, I try them on and either keep them or contact Zappos for a return label and the shoes are on their way back to their point of origin at no additional cost to me. What could be easier?

Site was easy to use, and contained childrens boots in wide sizes -- which some of the other overnight-shipping shoe sites did not have! These boots fit! Yeah! Downside is that they are heavy, and expensive.... but what is a mom to do if your child needs boots?

I found it difficult when on line to find boots in my size even though I fed in the boot size - length and width. Thus, I had to call for customer service, which was excellent. But, I don't know why I couldn't find what she seemed to do easily.
