I ordered 1 pair of shoes, a brand I had never worn before, in my customary size. The shoes pushed down on my big toes, so I returned for the next half size. Same problem, although almost too long. I returned those also. Will try again with a brand that I have used before. The shopping experience was great - easy shopping, easy returns. I followed up by sending a gift card to my niece.

I LOVE Zappos. It's always the first place I check when shopping for shoes, boots etc. The orders ship extremely quickly and returns are so easy. When I have had to call the representatives are always so friendly and helpful. Recently I had to shop somewhere else b/c Zappos did not have the product and it was a terrible experience. Zappos is one of the best online merchants I have ever used. I do most of my shopping on line for myself and my family of 5. I ALWAYS go to Zappos first! I appreciate their speedy shipping and can almost always count on finding what I want. In the event things do not work due to fit, returns are free and so easy! I recently needed to talk to someone at Zappos because of a damaged item...the rep was so helpful, so kind, so friendly and so thorough!! Thank you Zappos!!!!

Ordered close to Christmas. The Zappos site stated the shoes would be delivered before Christmas. The shoes arrived as stated before Christmas. They were the shoes I ordered, in the correct size and width. The 4E is a difficult size to find and Zappos had them. Will shop with Zappos again.

I wanted to give a clutch to my wife for Christmas to accompany some nice things she wears in turquoise and aqua. With no recent experience in buying a handbag for her--the last was a Coach shoulder bag years ago--I found the Zappo site very helpful. Over several days I browsed several brands in three price brackets, looking at shoulder bags, cross body, and clutch styles within each brand--in leather only, calf, cow, or goat, no exotics. The browsing proved to be an excellent cram course. I believe that I found an elegant and functional clutch at a great price. The runner-up was the Hobo International "Lauren".

I could not be more pleased. I placed my order at about 6 pm and the package was delivered by 10 am the next morning - incredible! Also, the selection of shoes is broad, the prices are reasonable, love the free shipping (more websites should offer, after all they do not have the expense of maintaining a physical store), returns easy.

I love Zappos. This was the first return I ever did and the UPS place charged me a handling fee of $2.00 so I was a little bummed about that. Otherwise, love Zappos and am very happy with how fast you deliver. I'm very very impressed!
