I don't usually write reviews but after my recent purchase at Zappos.com I felt like I had to write something. Shoe shopping online has always been a little scary for me. I have always been worried about sizes and such since there is no trying it on before you buy it. Zappos.com took those worries away. They have free shipping, no tax (in my state), amazing shoe selection, and really competitive prices. There are shoes for everyone in every possible design and price category, and in case it in not quite correct and needs to be changed they pay the return shipping. The customer service is great and very easy to work with. The shipping was lightening quick and it comes UPS not parcel post so there is not a worry about having to go to the post office to pick up. I ordered on a Friday and received on a Monday. The packing was not too bulky but everything was packed so that nothing was damaged in transport. The quality of the shoes is the highest. No seconds here. This is THE shoe store. I am very picky and there was not one blemish on any of the shoes that I purchased. Highest recommendations!!!!!! I will definately be back to buy more. I am done with the old fashioned way of going to the store and trying on shoes just a couple of clicks and they are on the way.
