Hello, I have the diamond featured on this page here. It was bought at the store and it is beautiful and excellent quality, this diamond was traded up from another diamond I had. We have also bought many other pieces sapphire necklaces, earrings and rings., also topaz earrings, necklaces & rings. We have never had a problem with anything we've bought. I have exchanged one item and had no problem whatsoever. The service has always been friendly & courteous.

I would not buy good jewelry from a website, mainly due to the fact you really need to look at what you are buying and try and make a deal for a lower price. The most they can say is no, so it never hurts to ask.
