Do not order from Zales on-line. In our attempt to purchase two gifts from this site we found Zales to be uninformative and misleading in their descriptions of products. Upon the receipt of one of the gifts, we were notified that the other product would not be shipped. It was then too late to shop for the second gift. My point being, they had our e-mail addy, they could easily have notified us much sooner that the requested product was out-of-stock yet chose to send notification with the shipped product.

The shipped product was not completely similar to the product we had chosen on-line yet with the time frame we had to work with we felt we did not have a chose but to keep the item.

So, with this site---buyer beware!
