I would NEVER purchase anything from this store-For one the picture on the website is not necessarily what you will receive-I purchased an Aquabrew TE-216 coffee maker from them-according to the picture on the website it would have a full brew, half brew and strong brew option-however when I received the coffeemaker it was a TE-200-when I called and tried to get a return number for the item I got nothing but a run around. They have so many websites with this company that they can't keep track of who does what. Someone would call me and say they will call back and never did. Numerous emails to get a return number were just plain argumentative-telling me I was mistaken. Then after a full week of this nonsense, I was told I could return the item at my expense and that I will not receive a refund on my shipping charges-even though they sent the wrong item. I told them I would have never ordered the item sent, if they had the accurate pic on the website we wouldn't be having this problem-they keep saying I'm sorry this is just our policy-No refunds ever on shipping-EVEN DAMAGES-this is how the company is making it's money-They intentionally deceive people into placing the order for items they don't have and then keep their shipping charges!!!BEWARE-read all shipping & return policies before placing any order with them and call cust serv and ask if the picture shown is the actual item you will receive!!!!!!!
