I ordered some sample swatches from Yourblinds and got them them pretty quick. I found it quite helpful. Other than that, it was easy to follow the directions and measure for my blinds. Although it said it can take up to 4 weeks to ship I received my blinds within 2 weeks and they arrived in perfect condition and were exactly what I ordered. Very good quality, I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

I ordered a faux wood blind and was not happy with the product. I didn't like the textured finish, which was my fault because I didn't order swatches first. But also, the slats do not open and close smoothly. And just recently, they stopped opening and closing at all! I am going to contact the company about this, since they have a satisfaction guarantee. I will report back when they resolve this issue. I was happier with justblinds.com. |

My blinds are awful! I ordered custom blinds. Doesn't that mean that I needed CUSTOM? The blinds I received were for standard size windows. If that is what I had wanted, I could have gone to Home Depot. They didn't even offer to send me the correct size blinds as ordered!!!!! Or to give me my money back. I will never use this company again! When I tried to alleviate the problem, the e-chat girl only asked if I wanted someone to call. If I bothered to express my dissatisfaction, don't you think that the question would have been moot! YES, I wanted someone to call me! Also, when I received my blinds, one set had a twisted cord that made one of the levers not lay straight. Another set I had to physically fix because it had been damaged during shipment. And yet another set will not open or close. My overall experience is not a good one. MANAGEMENT...FIX MY PROBLEM!!!!!! Or is complaining to opinion poll the only way I will get satisfaction? If you want to continue my business, and keep me from trashing your company across the internet, please make this wrong a right!

Initial order was prompt, blinds arrived in good repair, hung easily, however, I was not happy with something about them but couldn't figure out what was wrong. It took my several months to realize that the slats didn't meet at the center (two blinds one headrail) and some of the slats were bowed. I contacted YOURBLINDS and even though it was several months later, they sent me a box in which to package, had UPS pick up the blinds, and promptly repaired them for me. Customer Service (Jennifer) was OUTSTANDING every step of the way.

I have made several previous purchases and was pleased with the quality (Hunter Douglas cellular shades), service, and delivery time. However, with my most recent inquiry, I found the same product for a lower price at five different online stores, with the same warranty, etc. When I contacted YourBlinds.com regarding the lower prices and their "discount" of 2%, their response was "Thank you for the update. Maybe we can help you with future purchases." No offer to meet the price or even ask what the lower price was. I guess they don't need the business.

We received our blinds this morning and my husband just finished installing them. We are so happy with how they look. I was very nervous placing this online order in case there was a problem or issue. Well, everything went smooth. Also, I think your online ordering system is very easy to follow. It is easy to navigate through the different screens. By the time we finish ordering the remaining blinds from you, we will have saved over $700 based on a designer's estimate of the exact same blinds and features.

Very happy with experience at Yourblinds.com. I did all my research and shopping online using several websites. Yourblinds was the quickest to ship out samples and had the best price overall. They were also the only company with consistent reviews on Bitrate and Epinions.
I ordered on a Monday (which was a holiday) and product arrived via UPS Ground shipping the very next Monday. Very impressed with speed of shipment. Also free shipping was nice especially since packages together weighed over 70 pounds. Items were very well packed and in perfect condition. My only concern was the website did not have updated instructions for my product. Took me a little longer than I wanted to figure things out, but I cant blame them too much for that. I will recommend this site to anyone needing blinds. Thanks |

We were not happy with the customer service after one of our new blinds would not close properly. We contacted YourBlinds who told us to ship the blind back with specific instructions. We followed the instructions, but somehow, the blind was lost. WE are now expected to pay for the blind to be re-made. YourBlinds will NOT cover the cost of the re-make for this blind. Be warned, do not ship your blind back for repair!

I ordered Hunter Douglas Everwoods from Canada for my home in Arizona. The Customer service was second to none!!!
Truly Amazing all round. The delivery was excellent, they even scheduled every thing around my arrival to the home. The freight company caused a little damage to a few of the packages but the problem was immediately looked after and again all around my personal schedule. I am more than satisfied!!! Buyer Beware!!!! The price was right, The delivery was good and I loved the blinds other than the small gouge in the middle of one of the slats. They refused to make it right. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is not applicable because they were custom blinds. I was willing to keep the blind if they gave me a discount. They offered 10% discount. (Much less than the cost to ship them back) I was happy with the color and the size and they were not damaged in shipping. They were clearly damaged sometime in packaging. After I got hung up on I contacted Hunter Douglas the blind manufacturer. Jennifer read all my email correspondence and pictures with Yourblinds. Hunter Douglas understood customer service. I received my much larger discount check in the mail on Monday (about a week after I contacted them). Hunter Douglas stood behind their product and I would buy another Hunter Douglas product. Yourblinds did not stand behind their guarantee and I would not buy from them again.

I have never dealt with such an incompetent group of people. I received my sheer vertical blinds (about $1500 worth of merchandise) about 4 months ago. I paid extra to have room darkening blinds. When they arrived they were not room darkening, there were 2 inch gaps between the verticals. Weeks of "well try this" or "did you try that" went on. I took pictures and emailed it to the company. Long story short, 3 months later I finally get them to agree to credit my account. The send me call tags and I shipped the product back to them. Now it has been over 1 month that they have had the blinds back but have not issued me a credit yet. You cannot get anyone on the phone, you either get put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time or you get disconnected. Long story short...do not do business with this company. Great prices, yes, but poor quality products and HORRIBLE customer service. It's not worth the aggravation!

I was almost about to order some roman shades from Smith+Noble but then I read all their horrible reviews, so I started to look for other companies that sold shades and blinds. I read great reviews about yourblinds.com and decided to give them a chance. The Hunter Douglas roman shades that I ordered arrived exactly one week after I placed my order! I was amazed because the estimated ship date was for after I received the blinds. The custom shades fit perfectly on my window. I highly recommend them to anybody looking to buy blinds/shades online.

Yourblinds.com continues to pelt me with a barrage of email spam after my purchase. Repeated attempts to have myself removed from their mailing lists have been ignored and I'm still being spammed on a regular basis.
This company has proven themselves to be a great big pain in the a$$, and I will never ever purchase from them again. |

I ordered 5 cellular shades for approximately $1,100. Two of the shades were broken upon delivery. Now I'm waiting for YourBlinds and UPS to fight it out as to who is responsible. It was obviously a packaging problem and not shipping as the broken parts were inside the shade mechanism. I have been trying for days to contact YourBlinds, but they will not return a phone call or email. Next time I will go locally.

I ordered Hunter Douglas Elite Cellular shades. I had previously chosen the color at a different store, so I didn't have to worry about the colors looking different online. Ordering was easy, customer service was great (although there were no problems to deal with), and they got here in perfect shape and on time. I would definitely order withthem again! I only bought two shades and still saved $250 compared to Costco...what a deal!

Customer service was helpful initially in directing me to a subset of products that would meet my needs. The online order was accurately filled. However when the blinds arrived, there was a manufacturing defect in 4 out of 5 of them. Customer service was once again helpful in working with the manufacturer to arrange replacements. I dealt with two different customer service reps over the course of my order, and they were both very nice and quite helpful. The replacement blinds are just perfect!
