Great PERSONALIZED ONLINE service; totally unexpected from online vendor!

Great customer assistance when placing my order online.  At my request the person helping me via online chat (great feature!!) called their manufacturer to make sure the blinds were in stock, as I had been told by two other online vendors that their supplies did not have my particular blind in stock!  I was given a "courtesy rush" on my order after the person who received my order kindly questioned if I'd made an error since I'd ordered two different colors of blinds (I ordered 11 sets of blinds, 2 were of a different color).  Also, when I realized after submitting my order that I'd input an incorrect billing address, I was able to quickly establishconnection via email with Jennifer, who assested me by email in changing the delivery versus billing address error I'd made.  She responded professionally immediately to every email I sent to her, which also included checking on the status of my order.  She provided excellent customer service!  The yourblinds.com website was very easy to use.  It allowed me to specify exactly where each blind would go in my home (ie kitchen window, living room window #2, etc.) so that the invoice would show each blinds' location when delivered to my contractor.  With 11 blinds being ordered, this is something he suggested I do - if possible - when ordering blinds online; so that was a major feature in choosing yourblinds.com.  Not many other blinds websites allowed me to do this, which was a major decision factor in choosing yourblinds.com, along with the availability of chat help when ordering.  I was pleasantly surprised to find the personalized assistance and follow through from Jennifer -- something I hadn't expected from an online company where you don't actually see your customer.  My contractor also indicated that this was the first time he'd installed blinds and they went up with great ease and were "quite impressive!"
