I telephoned & e-mailed this company prior to ordering an "IGroove" & was assured the docking station would fit any MP3 player, including my brand. After ordering & receiving this product, I took out the main component only, not disturbing the rest of the packaging, and found that it did not fit my Nexus MP3 player. I called again, and was told to return the product and "don't worry, you won't be charged the 15% restocking fee". Surprise, I was charged $30. When I called to complain, the guy told me, that decision is up to the "warehouse". He also argued with me telling me the product does fit any MP3 player... if you get a connection wire. Who would buy such a product to have a blank hole in the middle where the MP3 player should be sitting. I must tell you that I never removed anything from the box, except the main component and took special care to wrap the package in paper to ensure no more labels were placed on the actual box the product was mailed in, in addition to paying the return postage...insulting to say the least, to then be charged $30. I'm fortunate this is my one bad experience ordering online because I do so frequently.
