personally I love the site! I agree with some that there maybe sizing issues, though I've had the same issue with different brands in neiman marcus. All brands don't have the same fit; it's a matter of knowing what size you are for that brand. However, the products are very much genuine and are all labeled/branded with the manufacturer's credentials. yoox.com probably has the best diesel selection I've come across and my friends also swear by the authenticity!

I have been a fan of YOOX for a couple of years now and I must say they have never let me down so far. They have great stuff, and plenty of it, plus the prices are definitely reasonable. Sure, there are cheaper sites but I have yet to find one that has a similar selection. I returned a couple of items because they were too small, and everything went smoothly.

I am pleased with the things that I ordered and shall keep them even though one of the tops that was sent had a damaged button but fortunately there are some spares. However, all the four items arrived very badly packaged and crushed, which was particularly damaging to the two designer bags that I had ordered. With TLC, they have recovered! I felt as though I was being treated as a second class citizen, not really good enough to care about, because I was buying reduced price goods.Having read the reviews about the lack of customer service, I am just relieved that I don't have to send anything back.Somehow, if their shabby packaging is a reflection of how they operate, I really won't dare to order from them again, despite the lure of being able to buy unusual designer clothes at reasonable (just!) prices.What a pity.

My order was completely wrong. Very disappointed when I received the wrong shoes, right designer but completely different model.
When I rang up the customer service, they were hopeless. They said they did not do exchanges. I just had to re order the original shoes, which were no longer in stock. I didn't want an exchange, just to receive the correct shoes I had ordered! Now I have to wait in again all day for UPS to collect the unwanted shoes and I will not be refunded delivery charges and I have no shoes. |

i bought a pair of armani shoes.I got them in 3 days with the certificate of authedication.No problems at all with Yoox company. What was awful was UPS delivery service but that has nothing to do with Yoox.Reccomented!

Be very very sure what you ordered is going to fit you. Especially if you're shopping from outside the US or EU. I had to return two items from Australia. The return courier was very expensive. Then the items apparently never arrived. The whole experience has left me seriously out of pocket. Will never use Yoox again and will never shop online for clothing again. Yoox fail to tell you that Italian custom officers are notoriously dodgy.

I have ordered numerous times from www.yoox.com and have always been very happy with their fast reliable service.They have a user-friendly website which allows you see all your orders,returns(free),etc.I'm a big www.yoox.com fan! I do almost all my shopping on www.yoox.com! I go on their website daily to check for new arrivals,promotions,etc.

My experience with yoox was controversial.
1st time I ordered 3 pairs of shoes supposed to be size US7.5. It turned out to be EU37 and was too small for me. One of the shoe pair was Prada carshoe - it looked like it was a shelf sample with worn-out back although the sole was new. Then I ordered 2 bags, 1 jacket - all OK new good quality. Then I ordered a pair of shoes - received an empty box, then another - lost during shipping (UPS). Got reimbursement though. Then I ordered a pair of white ballet flats - they came dreadfully dirty (not worne-out but once again it looked like an extensively used sample or a shelf pair). I made an attempt to return the pair. Guess what? The package returned to me with the sign "Address not found". After that I did browse yoox website but did not have a courage to order anything more. If you pay a closer attention, you'll manage to notice some signs of wear even in the photos on the website!!! And after all, I don't find the prices adequate. In addition, I noticed that they sell the same shoes for more than 2 years! |

I bought a pair of Diesel Murran Jeans on Yoox recently. On a whim, I checked out several sites that show how to spot fake Diesel. The Indian head tag on my jeans don't have the proper silver micro stitch at the bottom and are missing the "made in Italy" text. In fact, they don't say where they are made anywhere on the jeans! I can only assume they are fake! I got a very disappointing response from Yoox. They sent me a form letter reply stating all their goods are 100% authentic. They said I should just send them back according to their return policy(so someone else can buy this fake!)I've already worn them and cut the tags off so I will likely not even be able to return them anyway! I have purchased 11 items in the last month from Yoox but will not be returning ever again!

Item description is not correct. When I saw a pair of shoes on Yoox.com. It said rubber sole. When I paid and got them, I found they are wood sole.
Second time, I bought a blazer from Yoox.com. And it was made in so bad condition and it was fake. The customer service asked me to return it if I didn't feel satisfied with the item and the return shipping will be at my own expense. They didn't mention any thing about the authentic of the item. |

Good selection, great prices, good shipping speed.
BUT - if problems come up that can't be answered with a single email, don't expect them to ever get resolved. I was overcharged, and have been dealing with getting it remedied for a week now. Every call to teh toll-free is useless, they say they can't do anything except forward to the Italian headquarters, and they don't reply. There is no way to email their HQ directly, or to phone them directly. They're fine as long as no mistakes are made, but if they are, the way their customer service is set up is a miserable failure. UPDATE: a day after writing this, I called again to confirm my refunds had in fact been processed, as the agent had told me 3 days prior. It turns out they still have not done it, despite what the agent told me. SO now, you can add dishonest to the list of problems with their customer service. |

Return policy sorta sucks. Clothing quality is great. However you can't exchange merchandise and they charge you an $8 fee for processing returns. In essence you are paying around $15 if you make another order and, "receive an exchange." Many other companies offer exchanges for free as long as you pay for the shipping cost of sending the item back to them.
